View from the room wasn't great. Breakfast options were very limited especially for vegetarians. Bathroom was really small.

Although the hotel description mentioned private parking, we couldn't use it. We were offered the possibility to park on city streets from 6 PM to 9 AM. We were not allowed to park on the street beyond these times, as it was supposed to be a privilege for local residents. Although we could stay in the hotel until noon, we had to leave earlier due to parking regulations. The shower room lacked facilities to hang clothes or place toiletries, but there was a shelf above the sink.

The hotel's location is right in the city center. All important places are within walking distance. Check-in was smooth and without any problems. The hotel and rooms were clean. The rooms were spacious. There were 3 power outlets near each bed, which is sufficient for charging mobile devices. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

Minor inconveniences - very tight elevator; it was rather hot in the bathroom and was not possible to regulate the heat. There were no free car parking slots available, however we could find nearby a parking area.

We liked our stay at Winsor. Centrally located, For 3 stars- it provided more than we were expecting. A spacious room. Very good breakfast. Clean and not too noisy.

Bed was little bit uncomfortable, too soft for my taste. The most annoying thing is that the hotel charged me 3% of the price of stay for using foreign credit card. Came on, most people staying in the hotel are tourists, foreigners. I used same card in other places, some of them charge that, some of them not. And you do not have a clue that you would be charged more. Only after my card went through, I get info of different amount than original

Breakfast was excellent. There is always free coffee and snack, like some cake, fruits, popcorn...

The soap/shampoo in the shower is not good, you have to bring your own.

The place looks really bad. Personnel at night dissapears somewhere. There is no shampoo in a hotel. The light is very bad. Some room have toilet and shower sepparate from the room in the other side of the corridor.

Breakfast is not bad. Also there is 24/7 coffee and juice dispenser that is nice. Hotel is in a nice place near the city centre.

The elevator was not working and I was staying in the 3rd floor which I need to go up and down thru stairs and carrying my luggages. The facility is old. The bathroom should have an exhaust. If someone had a bad tummy, he/she will be suffocated for the smell🤭 There is no kettle for you to make your own tea/coffee.

The staff were nice and friendly and the location is close by in the center. The breakfast is okay, it’s the same food everyday.

there was additional fee charged from the hotel for credit card payment. I asked the hotel they said they didnt charge. I asked my bank they didnt charge. booking.com did nothing to solve it.

The bathroom. I dont know about the others, but our room had a bathtub, with no curtain, and a shower, too small. They should choose between one another to make everything more confortable. Besides that, perfect !

Everything was great, from the hospitality of the employes, to the room and the breakfast - not a lot of variety but everything they had was perfect. Would totally come back

Parking , like in a lot of European towns , is a problem.

bed was under sloping roof in a very small room leaving little to no space. bathroom was minute, show was so narrow that shower curtain kept sticking to you when standing in the shower. corridor had a unpleasant damp smell on the 3rd floor, which was largely mitigated by 2 open windows.

breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly even at 11pm when we checked in.
