Breakfast staff is weird. Looking at you like you do not ‘deserve’ to be there and serve you with an attitude. Very strange and unnecessary!

We loved everything but if there was one thing then the rooms (and fill disclosure, we picked the cheapest rate) were on the smaller side, so if you do decide to stay then consider upgrading if you can afford it.

Exactly as advertised - clean, friendly and superbly located boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly. The rooftop bar is lovely for a quick break and a drink. The room and bathroom were very clean and stylishly decorated. Location wise it is directly next to the train station (15 min train to/from airport) and just a short walk from the city centre. We also loved renting the bikes - very easy to use and good quality bikes, perfect for a ride through Copenhagen Airport.

The gym is very fancy but too complicated to use. The system was new to the staff as well so it wasn’t easy to get help.

The property is well designed and very inviting in all its spaces, from the reception to the rooftop bar and their rooms. Location is perfect, right next to the main train station of the city.

We felt very welcomed. Helpful and kind recetionist and profesional service in general. Comfortable beds and nice rooms. We enjoyed breakfast and coctails at rooftop bar. Hotel is so close to Tivoli and historical center.

Smallest room way too small. Staff generally excellent, but the check in was slow and laborious and "local" danish staff, as opposed to the others who were from Spain, etc, were quite snooty and dismissive.

Great location. Most staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful decor. Rooms well appointed. Upgraded from the tiny room on arrival - don' t think I could do the smallest room.

Rooms were a bit small, would have liked a fridge and missed having a bath.

Clean, comfortable, pleasant, helpful staff. Close to station but no noise in room. Loved having the roof terrace for a rest after busy day sightseeing. Food was delicious, both breakfast and dinner. I felt very safe.

The hotel is located less than a five minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station, very easy to find. The bed was potentially the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on. Room was cosy, might be a bit cramped for a couple

The bathtub has no door nor a curtain meaning a shower floods the entire bathroom including the counter and toilet paper. We were unable to use the rain head and used only the hand shower to control the flooding.

Location is excellent being only a few blocks from the main train station, metro station md attractions. The Junior was an excellent meeting point for our group with many seating options.

Most staffs are warm and welcoming but there were a few exceptions, especially one time we went to the restaurant asking if they could move our breakfast time earlier, and one person just simply ignored us. Maybe it's not her/his job to greet customers but to having been talked to and just walking away feels a quite awkward way to treat a guest. Good breakfast though.

The hotel is overall nice but the room is small, not a big problem if you are not spending too much time inside. Breakfast is good. The rooftop bar is also a brilliant place to chill.

The superior king was a bit smaller than what I was hoping for.

Staff was friendly and helpful! It was close to the bus station and Metro, which made getting around very easy. Although we never felt unsafe, it was nice that the front lobby is locked after a certain time and someone had to verify you stayed there to get in.
