It was very pricey for such a basic room.

The guy on reception was absolutely fabulous! He was so friendly and knowledgeable about Copenhagen.

It's in the center of the city. excellent location and you may walk to the city hall square and see the statue of Andersen or go to Tivoli and attend a free concert at Friday night. very convenient if you want to take metro, train or bus. You may see firework as well :)

Located directly opposite the train track, it didn't disturb me but some may not like it. There was only 1 sachet of hot chocolate in our room, when I asked cleaning staff for more tea bags/sugar etc it was like asking for gold. She gave me one only, I had to ask for another, then again for sugar, and again for whitener. All handed out one by one - I had booked a double room, so would expect more than one of things. It felt very stingey/cheap.

Efficient and friendly check in, helpful information provided about getting around, really good choice at breakfast. Within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit

Didn’t really have any issues but I think some people would have an issue with the noise from the train station at Vesterport that is over the road! Also the room may be small for some! I was happy enough though.

Location couldn’t have been in a better position! Breakfast was good for what we paid and I thought my staff was value for money! Nothing fancy but did the job!

Really for the money there was nothing to dislike, as I've said above what's not to like.

\we arrived and were checked in by Kristoffer who was very efficient and helpful, got the room sorted and went out for a wander. The breakfast was standard , eggs , bacon, and the usual , tea toast and orange juice. Completely adequate, nothing to complain about. The cleanliness was of a good standard , comfortable lounge. Location good, 5 minute walk to the station and tivoli gardens, and other places of interest. Good transport facilities.

The room in all needs updating especially the beauty salon and i do not like carpets on the floor in the hotel rooms. The room was not well cleaned during our stay.

It would have been good if it had been made clear that the bar was closed.

The only problem for me was that the mattress was a little soft I would have liked a firmer more comfortable mattress. It would also be nice to have the bar running a little into the evening in case we wanted a drink at the end of the day.

The reception staff were impeccable. Both Gonçalo and Kristoffer were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were shown the map of Copenhagen and guided to all the places that were pleasant to visit. When I had a problem with the hot water it was sorted within minutes. Even though the bar was closed in the evening it was still possible to get a latte at the end of the night . Overall a really nice place to stay at if you are looking for a budget hotel to stay at

Main door of hotel lock at 00:00 and after you need to call staff to open it, they say that need to fix that just to swipe the card and door will open but this doesn’t work

The room was very basic. Comfortable but we thought we'd booked 3 single beds and it was a double and sofa which didn't work out great. Also the wifi didn't work at all during our stay.

Location was perfect. Right next to the train station and walking distance to all of the sights and attractions.
