The hotel is clean and safe. Very close to the centre (only 15mins) and close to the metro. The area is nice and quiet as well, and its a 15min bus from the beach !

It was clean, comfortable and staff were great. It may be a bit far from the city center but it was close to public’s transportation such as bus, train and even the boat that it didn’t even bother us.

Our shower did flood. I wasn’t sure if it was because of the design, or if there was an issue with the drain.

We really enjoyed our stay here! All of the staff were great, and the rooms were clean. It was easily accessible by metro. We also easily took the ferry to Reffen.

This was my second stay at this hotel! Superior room 2230 was absolutely amazing! Staff were very welcoming and I absolutely loved every second of the stay! Beds are comfortable! There is a lot of space and bathroom is beautiful and spacious!

Excellent location, less than a minutes walk to Orientkaj metro stop. There’s also a bus just around the corner which takes you down to the cruise terminal. Really welcoming, engaging and helpful staff on reception. Modern design and spotlessly clean.

Did not like that metro was not running for 2 days and we were only told about it on the day we had planned to use it. Poor communication.

The hotel was great Breakfast brilliant Some staff not all that sure about things. For instance when we asked about the metro they knew it was not running but not sure where to catch the replacement bus.

Maybe a bit small room size, but overall fine. Also didn't like separate beds and blankets, although I booked a double bed.

The location is nice, in a quiet area near the sea. Absolutely loved the shower tube, it was 100% comfortable to use (quite a rare thing, in fact). The furniture was new and fancy, and I liked the room design in general. Also liked the lobby area, it was very stylish and comfy to spend some time. The staff was friendly.

I stayed at this hotel last year and had a wonderful experience, so my standards were high this year. However, my experience this time was not the same. I had to change rooms twice: first because water was running in the toilet, and second because the toilet seat was not cleaned properly. Moreover, I arrived earlier than the official check-in time (3 hours prior) and was told there were no rooms available. I waited in the lobby for an hour and a half and asked again, as they had instructed. They had rooms ready and available, but I had to pay for an early check-in, even though there was only an hour and a half left until the official check-in time. I paid for the service, but with the two room changes, I ended up getting into my room at almost the same time as the official check-in time. They apologized for the inconvenience but did not offer any refund.
