How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

All good.
Comfort hotel in Vesterbro is clean, comfortable and well located. It has a bit of a funky vibe that adds to the experience. Dtaf were very helpful and the check in and check out easy. A great place to stay in Copenhagen and handy to the ferry.

The hairdryer in my room didn't work but that is literally the only issue I had.
Staff super friendly, hotel was clean and welcoming. Rooms were great size and fully equipped. Cooler worked in room, window opened, two extra pillows provided on request. No complaints at all.

The only thing that was missing is a small table for things, like phone, wallet etc. There is something at bed side, but way too small and there was a weird thing that suppose to be a chair I guess, but only if you go fishing, not suited for a hotel room.
Close to the train station and located on a main street that will take you straight into the central area. Lovely reception and bar, also noticed that there is a gym as well and lot of nice seating areas. Is clean and well maintained. Good sounds proofing.

Stayed for 3 nights. Absolutely functional hotel. Rooms are not cleaned everyday. It mentions every 4th day. No tea/coffee facility in the room. The TV in our room on the 1st floor was not working the first evening.
Location right in the heart of Vesterbro. Many cafes & restaurants in the area. Amazing food options around the hotel. Lidl supermarket right next door. Paid parking (APCOA) available right next door. Register with your car number at reception to get a discounted rate.

The shower sprayed water everywhere, probably needs new shower head/descale. Shower screen couldn't open out as toilet in the way. No clothes storage other than a few hangars in room.
Breakfast was great, really good selection. Central location, really easy to reach and access areas of the city.

No air conditioning so was quite hot even with windows open. Perhaps better lighting or magnified beauty mirror on bathroom wall would have been desirable.

Room was very basic Staff cupboard opposite our room which was accessed early morning, between 6-7am by noisy chatty staff who seemed unaware that their chatter was right outside our door

The room has apparently been refurbished within the last year or so, I would say. There also seems to be a gym in the hotel no (at least signs suggested so).

The bathroom has a shower into a bathtub, quite uncomfortable to get in and out and also you spill water everywhere. The bed was too soft, you sink into it, not very comfortable for my taste. no smart TV/streaming services available
Very good location, close to the Main Train Station. Nice gym. The room and bed had a good size.

They clean the room only every 4 days. If this is their policy, I would suggest to provide more toilet papers and bigger bins in the room. My room was also pretty small, but this might depend on what room you actually booked...
The hotel and the rooms are pretty new. The best things are the breakfast, which is very good quality and variety, the gym, absolutely amazing and with everything for weight lifting and cardio, and the location.

The bathroom was small and they only provided shampoo and body wash- no tissues and conditioner.
Convenient location near public transportation and walkable to sights and restaurants. The breakfast was outstanding- lots of variety and healthy choices.
