The small sink and limited space to my things around it.. Everything got wet & challenging to navigate

The sink was mall and not enough space around the sink. Bed was comfortable and cozy, good temperature in the room, the sustainability and natural vibe added the comfort to the comfort of my stay. Staff were awesome super helpful and accommodating, Would stay again!! P.S. Best slippers .. Thank you..

I had to stand on the bed to draw the curtains and/or open the window. The bathroom lacked a shelf or similar for my toiletry bag.

I spent two nights as a tourist, then one night for business (with a different booking). When I checked out of room 1 with my daughter in the morning, I got room no. 2 immediately. I was even upgraded to a bigger room (with a desk). Great service! The room was in a building on the other side of the small court yard. The room (at the end of the hallway) faced another building and was very quiet. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Easy early check-out.

Bathroom was really small - no place to put our toiletry bags. The walls felt like paper - I could hear what the people in the neighboring room talked about. There was no cleaning during our stay which was surprising as the waste basket in the bathroom was really small. (I don't need daily cleaning, but info must be clear.) The elevator needs some care. I am sure (I hope) it is safe, but the cowskin on the wall had seen better days.

Booked based on friends' recommendations. Very friendly receptionists. Great location just a short walk from the Central station. Comfortable beds. Nice bar. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand cream in the bathroom all smelled nice. Our room faced the road, but we weren't disturbed by outside noise (3rd floor). The room was in the main building of the hotel.

Staff making a lot of noise during breakfast struggling with some electronic blinds with people eating right by instead of waiting till after breakfast hours. Room was very poorly soundproofed so guests talking next door was very loud. Reception staff not very informative or service minded.

From an ecological perspective it would’ve been more appropriate for the rooms to remain as they were and not for someone to come and clean them on a daily basis. I would have preferred the milk tubs to be replaced by glass bottles (much more environmentally friendly) and didn’t understand why we were offered disposable toothbrushes and combs. We bring our own.

I loved the eco-ethos. I felt it could have been even more. I loved the bed rooms and the public rooms downstairs. Lots of cool and unique additions. The courtyard was especially lovely. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very easy to check in and check out. Really good attention to detail. My bed was made every day.

Bad noise insulation from room windows it being in the train station area. Bring a face mask if sunlight in the room bothers you; the blinds are inadequate. Promotes itself as an eco-property but rooms have single use cups rather than reusable ones and wooden access cards, but both contain plastic.

Very well located for train station access. Hipstery vibe to it.

The cups for the tea were disposable cups and there was no fridge to store the milk for the tea - it was an eco friendly hotel so I'm sure this was the reason behind it. We only stayed one night and were pretty tired so it was fine for this, but the walls were very thin and you could hear people from other rooms constantly. I would imagine it would get annoying if we had stayed longer.

This hotel was a few minutes walk from the train station and a bit further from the main streets etc. A great base for exploring Copenhagen. It's a very quirky hotel and the staff were so friendly. Our room had a little balcony and the products we could use were so nice, could also be bought from the hotel.

Only a very small point. There was an reed diffuser in my room. I'm very sensitive to smell so had to leave this outside the room and turn the fan on to try to lessen the scent. It didn't bother me after that.

They put me out of the hotel after a one night stay. I complained about not have reception telephone and internet service and I was told I was rude and needed to leave the hotel. I left and was only reimbursed one night instead of three. Perhaps that will come soon. The first time in my solo travels all over this planet have I been asked to leave. Something was off.

The location was great, room was clean and comfortable, bar/restaurant staff were friendly and accomodating.
