Ventilation in bathroom was quite noisy. Shower quite dark when closing curtain. Could hear trains pass, although not so bad as to keep us up.

Parking was difficult. Ask staff how long you can park by hotel. Room was VERY small. Pay for upgraded room. Shower in our room was very small also. 3×3 feet.

The location was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were actually fabulous. The breakfast buffet was good.

Bathroom is quite outdated and walls are very thin (we could hear our neihhbours). Price is according to what you get.

The insulation of the hotel windows was not ideal, as one could hear the tram and all the cars nearby very early in the morning.

Parking was a bit tricky & limited, but in saying that, we were to park for free which was great! The access to the street, however, is a bit dangerous as the street is very narrow & a tour bus (for other guests in the hotel) parks partly across the driveway. Other than that - not much

It was a good basic & convenient hotel for a “pit stop” in our holiday. It is pretty quiet, very clean & quite comfortable. We also had an excellent included breakfast in the hotel. We also lucked & got one of the remaining free car parks. Finally, it is very close to a huge range of good restaurants & bars! All in all, quite good value & worth a look

The lobby looked somewhat run down and some of the staff did not seem to have the patience for the mildly slower pace of senior citizens.

Very convenient location: close to the train station and the city. The room was spacious for a three star place. Breakfast was included and there was something for everyone.

My room was very small even by European standards. The washroom was about the size of a closet, including the shower. The bed was also about the smallest that I have ever slept in.

The shower and the wash basin shared the lower floor area of the bathroom so that the shower water was all over the floor when standing at the basin and wetting your feet. Too little space for hanging clothes.

Good room at reasonable price. Very good breakfast included. Well situated with respect both to the city center and the harbor area and a short walk from the food market at Storms pakhus.
