Rooms are ready for an upgrade. Main bed is ok comfort wise. Somewhat well used and you can tell when laying down. The sofa bed is uncomfortable for a family room-- even child felt uncomfortable. TV is in odd placement. Hair dryer is attached to wall so limited use to bathroom. If someone is using the shower and you want to use the hair dryer, you have to wait. Nespresso machine did not work but not big deal. Bathroom counter space non-existent. Not ideal for family of 3 travelers even though listed as a family room. Location is not so charming due to proximity to train but full of tourists and more of a personal preference.

Wine hour is nice. Lobby is cozy. Staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is very complete. Even had pancakes for my young daughter. Location is convenient to train and metro -- very short walk! Cute decor. Candy at every stair landing as incentive to take stairs.

Great location near to the station, with lots of restaurants close by, walking distances to major landmarks. Liked the 'trust bar' and availability of good coffee at all times.

The room was very small but in an expensive city like Amsterdam that can be expected. There was a LED ceiling light the when off flashed every 25 seconds when turned off. The bathroom sink drained incredibly slowly. We mentioned this two things to check-in but neither were fixed during our stay.

Great location two blocks from Copenhagen Central Station and the Metro. Tivoli is just the other side of the station. Excellent breakfast - hot and cold. Lots of restaurants nearby. Paying 100DKK for adopting the going green option.

We were not fussed on the bed sheets, they were very rough and did cause some discomfort.

The location was ideal, close to everything, but in a quiet spot. Rooms were a tidy size and had all the necessary amenities, the Molten Brown products were a nice touch. All reception staff members were very helpful, no matter what time of the day it was. Plenty of choice at breakfast. The wine hour was a nice extra gesture.

Location of the hotel was really good for us that traveled from Sweden with the train. It was 2min walk from the station. Our Room was clean and nice. Very friendly and nice staff.Breakfast was good.
