The contact with the host was really bad, we did not receive codes for the flat before arriving. We had to call the host several Times to get the code to Access the apartment.

The location is fine, the apartment is ok however it lacks of some basic kitchen staff.

Good place to stay in Berlin. Place have comfortable bed, TV with smart features (so I streamed from phone), hdmi cable, kitchen with all you need for cooking (except salt in my case). It's REWE and Aldi nearby, as well as the subway station. It was a small issue with my check-in, but stuff solved it really fast.

Sofa bad was not mentioned for sleeping... Not comfortable

Sofa bed was very squeaky when turning during the night. Noisy when people walking past, traffic. Bin lorries leaving their yard at 6.15 am every morning ( except Sunday) quieter on a Saturday.

Breakfast not included. Great location few minutes away from our daughters flat. Good powerful shower. Flat good space inside Towels included. Handy small kitchen. Near to a train station.( 10 min walk) ,easy journey from airport / into city centre.

The electronic door locks were not that convenient as one would expect. Towels did not seem fresh. Shower cabins were small for even average sized people.Toiletries and hygiene items were too minimal. For example body wash was missing. One would expect more value for the price.

The key pad on our apartment was a little tricky to use.

Very spacious with all you needed for a weekend stay. Great choice of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

Check in process is a bit technical but works fine. Could be a problem if you are not use to self checkin or if you do not have internet access upon arrival.

Clean apartment on the ground floor for easy access for family with kids.

The check in procedure was complicated, room was small, locks gave a difficult time to open the door. It can be difficult to check in especially if you are not very familiar with technology.

Location was great, modern area, ease of transport, everything is as in pictures, and the host was very responsive. There was a 24/7 customer service available.

Only issue was the car park. I had to wake up every morning before 8 and look for a space and pay for few hrs until I go out.

Great flat, excellent condition and very comfortable. Few shops and cafes around to buy food.

Not really too clean (dusty floors, hairs in bed). Not enough kitchen equipment for the amount of people staying. No spare toilet rolls or bin liners. No sheets on arrival for third guest, which was a bit of a mess to solve (but it was solved well). Photos of the rooms were a little misleading, as it was hard to distinguish which rooms were what. I think it was a little pricey too.

Big apartment. Nicely decorated. Good location. Overall enjoyed our stay, and would again. But there are small things to make it even better.

A bottle opener would be nice to have, maybe a more thorough cleaning procedure next time,. I got the ground floor property, hence it's easy to look into to flat so you should be okay with having your curtains pulled in for the whole day.

Two minor suggestions - one is for a bigger coffee mug and the other is to check the cutlery, when I opened the drawer they were all heavily water-marked which was a little off-putting - would only take a moment to polish them up. Other than those very small minors, everything really was perfect.

It is a lovely room with all you could ask for and more, it was very tastefully decorated and even at street level I felt extremely safe. The facilities were fantastic.

I would have liked a set of keys. The code for both doors wasn't great if your phone dies.. builders woke us up at 7am dragging scaffolding past our door and banging it everywhere
