We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe Hotel is far too warm , we all slept badly due to the fact that it was far too warm in the rooms with the windows open and the thermostat off . The restaurant and bar were also very warm . I don’t know how the staff manage in the warm conditions.

GermanyYou cannot possibly force your guests to sleep with air condition on, without being able to turn it off or adjust the temperature. This isn’t a hostel, it’s a supposed 4 star hotel, and a very expensive one for Dessau. Why would you block the AC?!? Who does that?? My parents are elderly and they both got sick during their stay. Some people have asthma and other lung issues and your policy is extremely harmful. Changing room wouldn’t help either. In no other hotel have I been obliged to sleep in the cold.

Air condition did not work and when I complained, I was told due to technical issues it has no been working over the weekend and because of the weekend there was no possibility to repair. However, I would have expected a warning at check in and a discount for the room. It was very hot in the room and when opening the window too loud.

Germanythere was an update of the safe software, so the safes could not be used. running an update over the weekend is a very strange thing to do for a hotel. Under the sink in the bathroom there was severe uncleanliness!!! The food does not look fresh or biological . I therefore did not eat anything!
I used to go there quite frequently. the bed was very good. I slept well.

FinlandThey took a big security deposit (350€) and said that it takes 4 weeks to get the money back. We still had to pay for the room separately of course. We travelled with kids and bikes and didn't know that all the restaurants and shops were closed the second day, which was an exclusively German holiday.. Our kids needed lunch. The reception called the restaurant and told us to go to breakfast for a second time. Staff in the restaurant didn't let us get food for the kids even after the call from reception. In the wellness center were some sound that beeped at least for on hour.
Room was big and wellness center was nice bonus.
