There was a glass toilet door which did not really close... I found the price a bit high comparing to the size of the room we had. Also finding the room was quite challenging because of the stairs, considering I am pregnant and had to move my luggage up and down.

The hotel is in the a very good location and its nice you can enter the building directly from the mall. Th hotel lobby is very well decorated with a nice terrace. The bar offers everything including very good coffee.

Most of the international channels of the TV did not have signal. The room could be larger.

The only thing I didn't like was the very slow service in the cafe. I waited 20 minutes near the bar with 4 staff, only one of whom was apparently busy. In response to my remark, a young guy with dark hair and glasses said that I shouldn’t order drinks if I’m in a hurry. In my opinion, it is absolutely unacceptable to treat guests this way.

Stylish, clean, modern hotel, central location. Cozy cafe bar with indoor and outdoor seating. The hotel has a very pleasant smell, the room has two types of shower gel with a pleasant aroma, shampoo and conditioner.

The staff are not nice… they had a a lot of attitude! The rooms have 2 towels only! If you are girls traveling and need more for hair, you defiantly need to ask daily!

Location was perfect to visit the Christmas markets and explore the old town. Good breakfast with really friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The unique speakers in the rooms was a plus.

There was only one glass in the room, although we got a second one after asking. The bed was made up in a funny way and not everything in the galley worked.

Nice hotel (concept), excellent location. Staff member Heidi was very kind, the lady in the morning did not have her best day. The room was quite big, but the shower and toilet cube is a bit small. However, good value for money and 5 star location.

The only thing that i didnt like was that there was no parking place, so parking was very expensive. Also because of the modern aesthetic of the building there was no privacy with the toilets and shower, because its all made of see through glass.

It was a very beautiful and clean hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. I just loved how the aesthetic was. The quality was perfect for this price range!
