We always come here when we fly from Frankfurt. Big rooms, nice view, clean, nice staff and the breakfast buffet is perfect before a long flight. They have many options and made to order dishes - great when you travel with a kid. The neighbourhood is part in shamble on one side, part new and clean on the other. We tried several restaurants less than 5min by foot from there and they were good (favorites : the chicago bbq restaurant and the ramen restaurant).

Great location, close to the train station, shopping mall with food/supermarket options. The hotel has a great gym facility and sauna. The room was comfortable, clean and well equiped.

Consider price reduction

The breakfast was great, with a variety to chooses from. The staff was friendly and receptive. Great location, within a short convenient walking distance to Kap Europa Convention centre and Skyline Plaza Shopping Mall

I like this hotel. The room was clean and spacious and nice and modern. I requested to be put on the highest level so won't hear noise from street level. They fulfilled my request i was on the 19th floor. The bathroom also requested was a shower which was also fulfilled. So this exceeded all my expectations. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was great nice and delicious freshly prepared. I recommend going early to get a great experience.

Water drains slowly from the shower. The air conditioner is not very cool. Soap hardens and is difficult to squeeze out.

These are minor things and can improve already quite a good hotel. Add more variety to the breakfast bakery with in house baked pastry. Please add the free weights to the gym. The dumbbells are all 20+ kg, with no options between 5-20kg. Please add another elliptical to the gym.

The hotel is new and modern. Everything is very fresh. The design is sleek and attractive. The staff are polite and attentive. Breakfast is varied enough. Conveniently located for very good public transport access. The gym equipped with nice treadmills from one of the major brands. The Oaks bar and the terrace are very nice. The staff at the bar very very good.

No real option for an early check in. Complementary water not provided every day. Reward for going green by not having your room serviced was a tiny glass of beer, wine or coffee.

Location within walking distance to Messe. Hotel room was spacious with excellent views over the city. Breakfast variety was fantastic with something for everyone. Central train station only a short walk away. Shopping center with many shops and restaurants is basically next door.

A few supplies missing eg coffee capsules, tea bags, iron and ironing board. Breakfast quite expensive so.opted for a cheaper option off site.

The fitness room is very poor with equipment. A lot of the weights and the equipment is not useable.
