You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyWe had a good trip to the Stuttgart Expo. Location is great. Food and Bar services in the hotel are however limited in the evening. No hot drinks at the bar for example and only Burgers available or you must order from outside. Also found sharing a room with a colleague a little uncomfortable due to only having a glass door to the bathroom with holes in it. Apart from that everything was great!

United States of AmericaWe were three people and were hoping to have a nice quality Lunch in the Trollinger Restaurant. We were very disappointed that it’s only open after 18:00. We were directed down stairs to sit on low tables. The food was terrible, a artificial Hollandaise, unappetizing, instead of a drawn butter over the asparagus. My friends had a „Wiener Schnitzel „ Likewise terrible. Potato salad was bad too. I did not expect this in a five Star hotel. However, dinner at Trollinger was good and well served. Gracias
When I arrived at the property, the girl was very unprofessional, she was rushing me not giving me the proper information. I arrived after noon and asked for a storage room. She directed me downstairs. I needed to get upstairs again since the storage room was beginning the Reception

Perfect place to stay the night if you have an early flight as the hotel is right across the airport less than 2 minutes walk. The hotel was spacious and the bed was a dream.. As well liked that there was the old fashioned luggage buttler

IndiaThe shower was not consistent. The water becomes suddenly burning hot and then almost cold. Difficult to adjust the same and there is a risk of getting burnt.
Nice clean hotel. Rooms are good size. Staff is friendly and nice especially an Indian lady at the breakfast counter was very sweet. It’s just 200m from airport so very convenient for people who are transiting or want to stay a night to catch their flight. They had a very good breakfast spread and their restaurant was also serving delicious food.

Everythig went well. The staff were great, vrey professional and super helpful, as you would expect from a top hotel brand. My room was excellent, clean, comfy bed and wifi exellent. Beakfast was awesome - such a great variety. Location perfect for attenting the Messe.

RomaniaOne of the waiters at the restaurant was extremely rude. We wanted to have a coffee/tea in the lobby, and the waiter was very annoyed that we wanted to order something and to pay for this.... I asked for a menu, and the answer was with a raised voice "why do you need it"... Surprising for a 4 star hotel. There are no slippers in the room. A good location, but you should make sure that all the staff speak politely to the customers.
