Rooms was a little cold the heating wasn’t working correctly and blowing cold air, hallways a little loud but was okay when closing the inside door, was okay

No storage space (no real cupboard and no hooks to hang a coat, towel and/or toiletries-bag). There‘d be plenty of places where you could place a sideboard or hooks to improve storage. The room felt modern but like the designer never spent two nights in there.

Clean, quiet, good location, close to multiple public transport options, and nicely modern. Friendly staff (we were allowed an early check-in as soon as our room was available)

Missing swimming pool

The location of the hotel (altough not in the center of town) is excellent very close to S ban station, you are in the city centre with in a short ride. The room is very well equiped, the beds are comfy, the room is cleaned each day. The hotel is with free wifi everywhere. The reception staff is very polite and helpful.

We were very unhappy with the first room we got which was untidy and dirty as it was not clean after other people left. They gave us Minibar free but there was no Minibar in the room

We got a room and when we got in, it was a room where people just left so it was still dirty and untidy. But they gave us an upgrade room with Minibar included and in the room, there was nothing. So at the reception they gave us a couple of drinks. The hotel has a very good bathroom, Gym and sauna. Storage of bag after checkout and reception is 24hrs

While the majority of the staff was very kind and warm, I had trouble communicating with one person at the reception, be it in English or German. It seemed to me that this person could not understand either languages or was unwilling to provide the host the assistance they required. It was a somewhat disappointing experience that I had to return to the reception over three times to ask for a service.

Everything was really nice and clean. At first I was afraid because of mostly bad reviews, but it turned out that Mercure is absolutely good place to spend couple of nights in.

Noisy. Room are not sound proof and clearly hear voices from next room . Room swipe card has to be activated daily although we kept away from electronic devices.

The hotel especially the staff comes across as they don't care especially the staff. I thought I booked the breakfast while making the reservation but somehow I missed. For 5 days, the additional cost for breakfast was 50 Euros. After going to the breakfast area, I was told that my reservation does not have breakfast included. I requested the staff to include for which I'll pay extra but honor the upfront rate rather than each day (25 euros). The staff straight away said no. I requested to speak to the manager but they said they will do it and let me know. I don't believe he actually did check with the manager. The next morning when I asked he said he did and the manager said no. The manager was right there but talking to someone else and then she walked away. I requested again that I speak to her but he said she has a meeting. So I paid for the day and I see her out in 5 mins. Overall I did not want to beg her for the discounted breakfast but and it was a business trip so its not like l was paying it out of my pocket but left a bad feeling that in the hospitality industry this hotel does not care. I am going to be in Munich every 4-5 weeks for the remainder of the year but will only use this hotel as a measure of last resort. Another thing, they do not have iron, body lotion, slip-ons in the room which I consider pretty basic.

Overall, the hotel was OK. Room availability, etc. were fine. Room itself was OK.

Just what we needed for a one night stay on our way to Austria. Quiet location with a shopping mall closeby, free parking on the street and close to the highway.

There is NO response when you call the reception, restaurant. They can't provide iron in the room, you are expected to walk down to the reception to an ironing room. Overpriced for location and facilities

In my first room the heating didn't work properly, although it was central heating. No smart TV. I couldn't switch my Netflix. We live in the 21st century....and still there are hotels with 4 local channels without smart opportunity.

The lamp of the room was not working, there was hair shampoo but not the body shampoo. In my reservation, it was written that minibar is included, however, it was only water in the fridge.

I have already been in other branches of Mercure and they've been good. Considering the money, it was a good option, however, the other branches are more equipped and professional than this one.

Can be noisy at times from people in central yard. Our mini bar of complementary drinks was frequently not "topped up"

Handy for the Sbahn and Ubahn, good breakfast with plenty of choice
