Lack of space to split the twin beds and glass bathroom door isn’t ideal when sharing with a friend.

Staff were friendly. Bar was fairly priced. Shower was good. Heat lamp in the bathroom was great for drying off quicker.

Good-sized comfortable room. Very good buffet breakfast with a wide and varied choice, but expensive @ 20 Euro. Location OK a few minutes walk from the Altes Rathaus and Paradeplatz in the centre of town.

If it's possible, please the room on the third floor should be only rented to anybody after renovation. All other services were good.

After checked-in, my room was on the third floor. Soon after moving in, I noticed that there was some dirt stuck to the carpet. I tried to remove the dirt but it was impossible. I then told the staff in the lobby and showed the pictures of the dirt I had made. Then the lady arranged another room for me on the fourth floor and I was able to move into that room immediately. The room has been newly renovated and equipped with new floors. There was a kettle in the room, which I found very practical. I also appreciated the coffee sticks and the tea bags. There was a free bottle of water in the room.

Bed on the firm side. No real TV options with almost all channels in German/German dubbed.

Good location 10 minute walk from some excellent cafes and bars, and the town centre. Fairly quiet neighbourhood. Very quiet room, with good shower. Good WiFi throughout. Very helpful and polite staff. Good car park and reasonably priced.

When I made the booking of two rooms, the hotel stated that an extra bed will be placed in one of the rooms. I called to confirm after having booked, but the receptionist, Ms. Thai (I think that is her name) said the hotel cannot provide any extra beds because they’re all being used. I explained to her that this was not mentioned at the time of booking, but she continued repeating the same sentence. I asked to cancel the booking and she said it is not possible. I asked for a manager to speak to and as soon as he looked into it, he understood it was an error in their system and he immediately offered us a third room free of charge. He was very professional and resolved the issue. Upon our arrival at the hotel, the lady receptionist whom I had spoke to on the phone checked me in. She was so rude and arrogant that even my 11 year old daughter asked me why is the lady so angry at us!! She spoke as if she was the one paying for my rooms. She looked down at us as if we were beggars or something. A hotel of this level should hire professional staff who understands that customers are their capital asset. I’ve never faced such an uncomfortable situation before.

It would be nice if there was a little refrigerator in the room. The chairs in the restaurant were more for lounging than for eating a dinner at a table.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathroom has the essential products you need. Breakfast is very good! A lot of choice. Enough parking space under the hotel.
