Wasn't very clean, dust and cobwebs all over bedside tables. Bathroom was impractical - one big wet room so everything got drenched, hair dryer only intermittently worked. No shelf in shower. Pillows were genuinely terrible - basically just massive bags filled with a hair-like filling that didn't keep any kind of shape. No proper air con.

I did not like the fact that the towels were not given on the last day of stay and on the first day of stay we were promised change of beds linen due to red spiders found in the room.I had to change the bed linen myself at the end

The location of the hotel is very close to public transport. Metro and tram is 3 minutes away, which is very useful in a big city like Berlin. The room was comfortable for 3 people and was definitely value for money!

Elevators are often busy, causing delays.

The accommodation is conveniently located near tram, bus, and metro stops. It is also close to the central station, shops, and a Church. The shared kitchen is clean and well-equipped. The room provided was sufficiently spacious. The bathroom was kept clean.

Unfortunately, there were a few disadvantages for us. 1. The most problematic thing was our shower. You don't really have a shower cabin or a bath, you have a hole in the middle of your bathroom, so when you take a shower, everything is in the water and it takes a few hours until everything is not wet. So we needed to brush teeth, etc., and only after that we could go take a shower, as after that no way we could use the bathroom without stepping on a wet floor. We got used to in then and found out how to use it better, but it still was not very comfortable. 2. In the corner of the bathroom, there were many black spots. I even though they were spiders, but luckily it wasn't them :D I don't know if it was dirt, or some holes, or mold... But it definitely shouldn't be there. 3. Of course, some kettle, refrigerator, and complimentary water would be appreciated, but considering the fact that it's 3* hotel, maybe it's understandable.

Nice modern hotel for a good price but not in the center. 1. The location was fine for us. It's about 10 min from the central station by train or about 10-15 minutes from the city center by metro. So no matter what, you can get to any place very fast, thanks for fast connection in Berlin. And the neighborhood is fine, very calm and nice, with a supermarket (3 min from the hotel), shopping mall and a nice bakery Camps where you can get a good breakfast. 2. The hotel itself is very cool, modern and stylish. I really enjoyed spending time there. Also huge thanks to the staff, you guys were very nice! 3. Our room was cool as well! We had enough space (even though not too much space), we had huge windows, stylish look of the room, pretty comfy beds, everything was clean. Great!

The hotel has a great vibe and all the staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet central and well connected with public transport. Lots of great places to eat around you. Parking is easy and cheap at the parking garage next door.

Room is very small. In fact feels like in crowded market. Hard to walk along the hallway if there is another person there. Every must be sitting on the bed to feel the spaciousness.

Ordered and paid for the room for 4 ppl but only given room for 3. Need to go back to reception to get it settled. We wasted some time doing it.

The beds were uncomfortable, way too soft. I think the springs from the mattresses are worn out.

Very clean, daily visit from cleaning personnel. Easy check in and friendly staff. The location is pretty good, easy to get around with public transport. There are cafes and a mall right next to the hotel. Some restaurants too for having dinner. The hotel breakfast was also good, although it doesn't have any warm food.

The only 2 things I didn't like were: 1. The metal hangers that made a lot of noice every time you passed by lol 2. The bathroom is a bit small and there really isn't space for you to put your things, especially if you're someone that travels with a lot of cosmetics and beauty products like me.

In general, the hotel is really nice, great staff, comfortable rooms. We didn't have the chance to have breakfast there, but it seemed really good. They have good ammenities like games, 24/7 bar, and ease of access.

- bed/ mattresses not comfortable. - we had a room with an additional bunk bed (as a 3rd bed for our daughter) which does not really fit to the size of the room. The room was so tiny that 2 persons could hardly pass to each other.

Ok for a short stay. Clean, possible with breakfast, convenient location (cca 20-30 min to the Branderburger Tor by the public transport), normal expected standard for such kind of hotel. Parking possible in the shopping center directly by the hotel (20 eur per night) or on the nearby streets (free of charge from Saturday to Sunday, otherwise charged).

The accommodation was so good, quiet, bed was comfort, easy to reached. And the coffee shop and market nearby.

Room and bathroom were a bit small. Shared kitchen is shared by entire hotel (at least 200 people)- granted only a relatively small portion use the kitchen- so got pretty busy at meal times. Not an over abundance of cutlery. Design choices of hotel (shelves look like scaffolding) were maybe a bit questionable but not really a serious issue for us.

Good location and staff were friendly. Generally the hotel is good value, clean, basic but you get what you pay for. Some food in the kitchen was free for all to use.
