Although we booked the accomodation for 3 people and paid for the same, bedding and towels were available for only 2 persons. Customer care support is definitely below average, I wrote them out issue via Booking.com and was told to contact via WhatsApp/call, that reply came also after approx 3hrs (was already late in evening) & nobody was available in the appartment building to address the issue during evening hours too.

Excellent appartment with smooth digital check-in, location is central and walkable to the harbour. WiFi is good.

We were two guests but only received one welcome kit, so maybe that would be something that was not optimal. Corridors could be better signed towards the exit. During our stay the door leading up to the rooms was left open because it was broken, which gave me a little unsafe feeling.

The back entrance let us in the first night when we arrived by train/taxi, but not on other nights. We had to walk around.

Location was excellent. We appreciated the refrigerator (with ice trays!) and being able to have access to a washer/dryer.

We only had 1 big towel when we were two adults. It's a small thing since it was just a one night stopover. It said they had parking available, but the fine print is that the parking is a public parking 400 m away. Because it's on the pedestrian street, we weren't sure if we can drive onto the street. We had a lot of luggage so it wasn't that convenient. And what made it worse was we came in really late on a cold, rainy and windy night. And there is no staff at the property, and the staff over the phone was not very helpful with the parking situation , He was Not at all empathetic and hung up. Also there are steps to be done online before a code will be given to access the apartment, it's easy enough but can also be a tad troublesome for those who are Not Tech savvy or do Not have Data readily.

The furnishings and the bed were very comfortable. And the location is central right on the Main pedestrian street. It was convenient for exploring on foot. The cleaning staff were very friendly and honest.

It was so warm all the night. I also had to park My car in the city park.. So the hotel should mention public parking.

A bit overpriced, otherwise not much to complain about, besides the lack of breakfast.

The location, really close to the main pedestrian precinct. The room was nicely decorated, spacious and had a well-equipped kitchenette. Just opposite the Limehome building there was a garage where you can park the car for 20 euros/night, or 2euros/hour.

Located in the center, there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Clean and quiet room. Digital check in was great. Complimentary reusable cup and shopping bag were very nice.
