The loft wasn't working so you have to take a separate lift to floor 4 and then climb 2 sets of stairs

The hotel was close to the station and plenty of shops and places to eat surrounding it. The hotel room was very basic however as I planned to go out for most of the day it didn't matter. If you plan to spend quality time in the hotel this is not for you. The rooms face the main road so it will be noisy. If this is an issue for you then again this won't suit you.

The lift was broken so I had to carry heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. No assistance offered by the hotel, just a note on hotel elevator with apologies and directions to another elevator that takes you to level 4 and then stairs to level 6.

Good beds. Decent room size. Practical layout,especially in 3 bed room. Practical bathroom. Nice little lake nearby with Cafe to relax after check in.

No airco, so need to open the window which also opens the blinds; room gets pretty hot due to that. No fridge available to keep your late night beer cold.

Location is perfect, just very close to the U-bahn, with shops (Rewe and night shop) just around the corner. Room is clean, beds are ok, bathroom is outdated but ok. Hotel is pretty quiet and the staff at the reception is friendly.

I liked the room and vicinity so much. Also it comes with a shared kitchen which is a rarity in Berlin budget hotels.

in the end of our stay they offer us coffee and some kick, and the rooms was expensive because of ITB event!! normally we buy less with BF options.

I don't have any complaint, but, maybe, if there was an extra desk or shelf, that would be great. Also a big mirror! Also an extra towel!

I loved staff of this hotel, who are very human and kind to me. The room was very spacious, and bright, the bed was big and comfortable. Everything worked for me well, I loved the top floor view of a main avenue. Location was good enough for my purpose of visit, and I will return again if the trip was planned again for Berlin.

As the hotel is not its own building but part of one, getting to it up at the 6th floor isn’t nice but also not horrible

No possibility to make a simple breakfast in the hotel dining room. No fridge

Perfect location, close to UBahn and supermarket. Staff were freindly and helpful, hotle room large with a desk which was needed. Even found a place for me to securely store my fold-up bicycle.

Check the windows, just to be sure the cold is not getting in through them, the insulation might not be in the best shape, besides that, all great.

There is no breakfast, but now the internet works way better! The hotel is located on two floors *5th & 6th, over the street level. The hotel is easy to reach thanks to an elevator that goes directly to those floors. A metro station is conveniently located a few meters away and is the easiest way to reach the hotel. You will a few blocks aways or one metro/bus stop away from several good restaurants and stores. The hotel is good for the price you pay. Think of it as a budget hotel, with a nice view to the Berlin streets. Good if you are going for a few days and just require a nice and quite place to rest.

I would like the hotel to serve breakfast. On the other hand, just around the corner there is 'City back' where you can have good quality breakfast at a reasonable price.

They have spacious, clean rooms and overall, functioning facilities. They do not serve breakfast anymore. The location is fairly good and restaurants within walking distance. Price level fair - of course depending on season and time when the reservation is done. The staff is nice.
