Perfect for a weekend where you’re interested the city for the experience, not to stay at a fancy hotel. Simple room but did the job and was close to the S-Bahn station.

Staff are somehow too casual. Maybe they are trying to be funky however while customers are waiting to be attended to, they shouldn't just be chatting about what they are about to enjoy the weekend. When pointed it out, they tend to think no big deal. There is no hair-dryer and cattle or bar fridge in the room.

It's a typical budget facility and perhaps a better than many. Great location close to many attractions and yet in a relatively quiet street. Room very clean and tidy with essentials.

Sitting place in the room is bad. There is a small table and an awful "chair".

Great breakfast, responsive staff, quite clean. I was allowed to bring my expensive bicycle in the room to not left it outside on an unsecure parking.

Advertised modern bathroom but was just a shower in what basically a closet. Pillows were terrible, most uncomfortable pillow I've ever had.

Good location, easy walking to berlin wall and Brandenburg gate and transport options.

The checkout time was at noon, but at 10 am the service people knocked at my door despite the sign informing them not to be disturbed before checkout.

The room was clean and contained the main facilities that one needed. The location was superb with easy access to both the U-Bahn and the S-Bahn and close to lots of interesting attractions in Berlin. The staff was very nice and service minded and made you feel very welcome. The checkout time at noon (12 pm) was also very convenient.

The room isnt super clean, its very small. The walls are rough on the inside. There was no place to put clothes other than 3 hangers, no chair, no bin in toilet and no hand towels were given. Everything is locked tight in the room and you must make a deposit to borrow the hairdryer. Beds were reeeealy thin and hard.

The location was great and check in and out were super easy.

Shower is not private. No where to get dry or dressed unless in small, wet shower or in the room in front of other guests. Pillow is terrible. Beds are very hard. Did not sleep well. Bunk bed above the main bed is low and hit head several times. Door to outside area locks and you have to go through other hotel or around the block to get back inside your hotel. No kitchen to prepare meals or even get hot water to make tea/coffee. They tell you to go to rival hotel (Novotel) and use their bar instead. Cleaners just walk into rooms in the mornings. Was woken up at 8am by cleaner coming into room

3rd bunk bed over the double bed was clever planning, but inevitably I bumped my head on it.

Close to train station. 10 minutes walk to Checkpoint Charlie and Topography Museum. Luggage storage when we checked out early. Friendly staff.

Property in a nice location with good access to various public transport options, you can also walk to the city center in relatively short time. The stuff was also very pleasant and nice to talk to/help.

The hotel is not soundproofed, I could hear music, guests from other rooms and even the outside nonsense. I'm not sure if all room look the same, mine was a hospital room literally...I assume adapted for wheelchair users.

Well positioned, walking distance to shopping center restaurants bars metro and attractions.
