Good and decent in the South of Hamburg. Close to Bergedorf and easy to get the train to Hamburg City Centre. Very nice breakfast, rooms were good. A good Hotel that has everything you need.

Unfortunately, hotel did not live up to expectations, despite positive reviews. The room was outdated with faded carpeting. Mold and minor damage in the room. We were not provided a baby bed upon request upon arrival. The elevator did not work well, one of them did not work. Some breakfast pastries were not fresh (sweet buns). Quite a long queue at the reception.

Reasonable cost of living. But the hotel is 20 minutes away from the center by car. Good breakfast with the possibility of cooking on request. Polite staff. Free parking can be found around the hotel. Availability of a restaurant and bar in the hotel.

As an international traveller there was no safe , no fridge and no ironing board / iron in my room.

The location near to the railway station and my family nearby. Breakfast was excellent.

The carpet in the hotel can be changed to smth more modern, but anyway we spend a good time in the hotel.

Everything was great. The breakfast was amazing, so much of food choice. The area where the hotel is located, really beautiful too. It is about 20-30 minutes till the center, for us it was ok.

I can't see how it is qualifying for 4 stars. Could not tell difference from 3. Website claims Spa, but they no longer have one. Wierd bathroom layout.

Aged hotel, room was a little run down without a/c, it was super hot in the room, opened the window it was quite noisy because it’s located at a high frequented road. It was not dirty however the carpet looked quite nasty and the tiny bathroom was completely flooded after taking a quick shower.

Location and parking garage are good. Breakfast was very good with many options.

Rich breakfast. Very close to train station, if to catch RE train it takes only 9 mins to get to Hamburg. There are several car chargers available nearby in the city.

We stayed at this hotel 2 times during our trip. First time the room was so dirty, there were dusts and stains everywhere. There was also trash from the previous guests in the room! The second time the room was bigger and cleaner but still not perfectly clean. Parking was not free.

Location was in a calm area. There was a parking at the bottom of the hotel. The breakfast was good.

The toilet behind the bathroom door was not easy to use for a family with small children. The shower was integrated in the bathroom floor and the door not completely closing: easy to splash outside. When we arrived we found by accident a bottle cap and a hair-band on the floor - a little hidden but easy to find: the cleaning should be improved.

The room was clean and the size was enough for us without many luggage. The breakfast was good but not exceptional. The staff was polite and nice. It was a 7, 8 mins walk to the metro station and then. 25 mins travel which connects to Hamburg Central. The garage was available for 12.5 € per night.

The rooms are really warm no aicondition at all, our windows were constantly open even night times due to the heat in the room.The baths/showers has no rubber mats very slippery., my husband slipped bad in the bath tub.No swimming pool and no fitness equipments as been advertised by the hotel.

The hotel is clean and in good location with nice breakfast.
