The AC was weird and didn't work well The hotel had a lot of stairs everywhere, and seemed a bit like a labrinth

When we arrived, the room was cold with a stale smell. The room is a bit dark even with all the lights switched on. The design is dated. There is noone at the front desk after about 8pm, so if you need something, you are on your own ;)

Perfect location! And there is a parking garage, even if with limited spaces. Rare in this neighborhood.

The hotel's registration desk seemed to be unstaffed for several periods over the weekend but were very helpful when on duty.

This small, charming hotel is located in the heart of the old city of Wuerzburg, it is within walking distance to a number of cultural and historic sites in the city. The breakfast room presents a daily menu of tasty American and European food items.

Just be prepared with earplugs since the windows aren't quite soundproof, but that has been consistent with all of our hotels in Germany.

Great location! Our room also had two rocking chairs that was perfect to relax in after a long day.

The central heating system very noisy, because it has air in the pipes. Sometimes woke me up at night.

The location is very close to a church, so from 7am til 10 pm there were bells. My room overlooked the little parking area and the lights there were on all night. I think my room had the pull-down shutters, but they didn’t work and the room was very bright. As well, there were people arriving at all hours. The air conditioning was extremely loud. Had one very warm day/night and so had to choose between loud air conditioning or noises from outside through an open window. Key was the old, “real” key - big and clunky. You did get a key to all the outside doors as well

The location is very central, literally a 5 minute walk to the middle of the old town and then 5 minutes to the river. I arrived by train and, even though it is close by to the station, took a tram to Ulmer Hof (2stops) as that was easier with suitcases. The breakfast is incredible. Be aware it starts at 8 on the weekends. My single room had a double bed, which was nice. For a single, it was a good size.

The price of the breakfast was too high - not even a reduced price for children. Maybe it is fantastic but my child hardly eats anything in the morning and I wasn't prepared to pay for that. It made us go outside to eat breakfast at the main square right in front of the hotel. Apart from that everything was great.

The location is perfect, we looked right at the main square. The insulation of the windows is impressive - despite the ringing church bell in front of us we couldnt hear anything!

The entrance to our room was seperate to the hotel. This entrance could have done with being swept and made a little more inviting.

I only spent one night and there was nothing negative I incurred.

Very friendly atmosphere. Room was comfy and spacious. Very clean. I was stunned when I entered the breakfast room; very impressive delectable display and yummy also. I told my friend, even King Ludwig would be impressed. Great location for touring the city by foot.

Even though we asked for a large bed, it were two separate beds with separate matrasses with a space in between. Also, unfortunately, they woke us by mistake at 7.20 am...
