The street is noisy and with a lot of weird people. The price is high, but okay in comparation with the other hotels.

The location is close to the train station. Really good, fresh breakfast. The room is like in the pictures. Friendly staff, we let the luggages after the check out.

No ramp in the entrance for stroller and the street where the location of the hotel is smells pee everywhere.

Nice staff and organize. Has available baby/toddler seat for breakfast and baby bed. Luggage can be left to the reception. 🧳

Most of the furniture was a little outdated, the kettle a very old version as well. But all well Maintained. Breakfast was a little low variety and very German (rolls, Nutella, a small selection of cheese, some cornflakes and hard boiled eggs), and for a simple room it was a tiny tad overpriced.

As we came in winter, we found the rooms (we made two stays before and after our cruise) a bit cold, and the windows are not completely wind-tight. Otherwise all is good.

It is very close to the Central Train Station of Hamburg, the U-bahn station, and the MSC shuttle bus station. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly.

Nice small hotel just one corner of the railway station. Clean bath, nice bed. There was hair dryer and kettle available. Breakfast not very varied but everything was what was needed for this standard. Nice personnel. Perfect for a stay during travel from the airport to train.

Just 2 minutes from the station, this is an excellent choice for train travellers who just need a comfortable bed and light breakfast. Large choice of restaurants close by.

Staff polite and friendly. Location is excellent for Hamburg Hbf but there were noisy people outside during the night at any hour, perhaps not such a surprise for this location. Room (3rd floor, there's a lift if required) and bedroom were spacious and clean. Good breakfast.

Slightly bigger room need for three adults

Nice but small room in a good location. Good value but a little tight for three adults. Easy to access, paid parking close. Down market part of Hamburg but if we had more time would have been easy to explore.

You have to be aware that the area can be quite rough, but that is not the fault of the hotel. The rooms were a bit noisy in the day, but at night it was fine. My only points are that the breakfast is not vegan friendly and the price quite high for a basic hotel.

The Hotel is close to the main transportation hubs and absolutely sufficient to stay in Hamburg for a few days, if you only need a place to sleep.
