The hotel is located in an old historic building hence its not easily accessible for people with restricted mobility.

Excellent elegant boutique hotel. Perfect location for exploring Sanssouci Park and the central shopping areas.

The hotel did not look big, but it was very big and had many rooms. I had to take two elevators to reach my room. It was very complicated and I was very confused.

All of the receptionists were very nice. The room is very big and super clean……I felt like it was my own bedroom. The hotel is the center of the shopping streets and many coffee shops and restaurants.

Hotel with an excellent location. Small but comfortable room. The breakfast is very good. We parked the car at the hotel for 18 EUR per day. If you don't have a spot, there is a parking lot nearby.

The room was nice and comfortable, plenty of amenities and nice touch of hospitality (they gave macaroon and chocolate as welcome gift). Also I made a mistake with my reservation, and they helped and resolved it quickly

We did not like our first room, #401.

We stayed at this hotel 6 years ago and really liked it. Brandon, at the front desk, was exceptionally helpful. We did not like the first room we were given, #401, because it was in a building at the back of the property. We were bothered by noise from the trams and the noise of the guests upstairs. The room had ugly art on the walls and cold floors. It also got no sunshine. Brandon worked hard to find us a room in our favorite part or the hotel. He moved us to room #223 and we were very happy. This room is charming with carpeting and doors that open out to the sunny courtyard below. This hotel is in a great neighborhood and close to the best sights. The breakfast is very good. We will stay here again on our next visit to Potsdam.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious, beautiful and clean. We usually stay at the Mercury hotel when we are in Potsdam, and this hotel was more spacious and comfortable than the Mercury hotel.

The only reasonable parking option in the area is a private parking garage 50 meters from the hotel (Conti Park), the spots in the nearby streets are reserved for residents; this is understandable given the central position of the hotel.

We had the suite: the room was spacious, bright, elegantly decorated and with large windows facing the Brandenburger Tor. Breakfast was enjoyable and served in a cozy area, I would still book it despite at walking distance from the hotel are several eating options.

the hotel is not step-free. a bit of a challenge if you have heavy luggage.

Nice and clean hotel in the center of Potsdam, at walking distance of many sights and with busses and underground parking close by. Flawless on-line check-in We had a spacious and comfortable room, well soundproofed, with a fine view to Brandenburger Tor. Delicious and varied breakfast, over all good quality of food.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Extremely friendly and supportive staff, very clean rooms, great breakfast, location right in the center of Potsdam, overall a very cute and romantic ambiance.

The floors could have been cleaner. Since this is an apartment I expected they would have had more cookware. There was only a pan and two pots. No spatula, no bowls for mixing. There is a Rewe very close by to get items you need as well as groceries.

Beautiful hotel and amazingly large apartment with separate AC units for each room as well as the living room. Close to Brandenburg gate and located at the start of all the shopping and dining. Very walkable.

The sounds from the street. A lot of emergency with sirens, tram and the cars are not the best choise for sensitive sleepers.

Located in the very center of Potsdam. The room was clean and cosy. The breakfast was in german style. Nothing special, but it satisfied my hunger. The children liked the gummies in the reception:)

I would recommend to upgrade the beds and pillows. We slept well but the comfort is a bit behind the overall experience of the hotel. We would still choose this as first address once we are bac in the Potsdam.

Super cute hotel in the center of Potsdam! Check-in and communication with the hotel were superb. All request and questions had been answered upfront which made the check-in a minute task. Breakfast was one of the highlights! Nothing we missed in the brought selection!
