Unfortunately our room was on the second floor and the shower pressure was very poor. Especially in the morning it was impossible to have a nice shower.

Room 101 is too small for a queen size bed. It is really a single sized room with a queen sized bed for one person not two people. Doubleroom price.

The room was rather hot in the summer, and the bathroom would need some TLC (low pressure in the shower, shower cabin didn’t close properly).

Cute hotel. Not central, but well connected with the car to Koblenz. The rooms were big and the location beautiful just by the forest.

That the room and bathroom was dirty. Even after bringing this up with the reception they made no effort to clean it up. In the end we cleaned it up ourselves.

The location was amazing with free parking close to the hotel. The receptionist did speak English.

when I arrived to my room, if was not cleaned after the previous guests, there were bottles in the room, towels and everything was of course used. I immediately informed the staff and got a new room very quickly. I was lucky that although it was already late, the workers were still there, otherwise I don’t know what would happen. Also luckily they had free rooms. Nevertheless I should say that the staff was very quick and they immediately solved the issue and within 1-2 minutes I had a new room.

There is a reception service only between 14:00 and 20:00. No Fridge in the rooms. Wi-fi is not stable. you need a car or walk for 15 mins for the closest restaurant.

A good price for value hotel. The nature around the hotel is good. Free parking slot and big rooms.

The upkeep of the room was not good. There were stains everywhere: the carpets, the bathroom floor. The shower head was broken and some lights werent working.

The room was massive. There could be 3 more beds in that space. The styling of the room was unique too. You have a lush green view from the window which is definitely ideal for working and relaxing. The breakfast was wholesome with nice ambient music playing which is nice.

Room needs some finishing touches. It was clean and recently renovated but soe things were missing like: - A desk / table but no chair(s) to sit - No night lamps next to the bed, only a very bright light in the center of the room - Some general decorations in the hotel / room would be nice to make it more cosier

The only thing I could point out would be the shower (not the cleanliness, that was alright) but the door of the shower had a slight gap in between and under which caused the water being all over the bathroom. I felt a bit embarrassed leaving the bathroom so wet.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The wifi was more than OK (no problem watching full HD videos). The surroundings is nature which is nice for me. There was simply no problem. I enjoyed it so much I rented it for another day.

We didn’t stay there, because they closed the check in at 20:00. I called them to make sure it can still check in but they told me they can’t wait for me. The receptionist told me to call the next day to ask for a refund but when i called they said they won’t refund. Terrible communication

An extra pillow would have helped me sleeping nicely. The pillow which was given was not of the best quality. But still it worked.

Spacious room which was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. There was full sized comfortable bed for adults and 2 decent sized bunker beds for children. The property is surrounded by tall trees and it gives you a pleasure of living in the forest.
