Need to have an own lock for your locker. You can only buy locks at reception but not just borrow them. Never had that in a hostel before. Although it is Berlin and staff was very kind and I can communicate in english, I expect that you can check in and out in German. Other visitors might not be fluent in English.

Comfy bed. Privacy due to curtain in front of bed. Upper bed easily accessible. That's not always the case in hostels... Easy check-in & check-out. Bathroom very clean. Power outlet and light at bed. Cheap.

-The location was very convenient. Just 10 minutes walking from the central station. Also few main attractions like Brandenburg gate was also can be reached on foot 20 minutes walk. -I stayed in 4 bed shared room, with private toilets and showers. It was clean and bed was comfortable too. -Quite neighbourhoods, no disturbances. -Morning breakfast was great. Bit crowded though, but overall breakfast was great. I liked bar too. After day long hopping, at the end of the day -it was amazing having food and beer, with live music. Very relaxing. -Value for money.

When I was taking shower, the light suddenly was turned off since the light has the sensor and time limits. I got scared.

Friendly stuff. They separated the bathroom and bedroom, which helps a lot for lowering the noise.

Nothing major. Only that one shared bathroom for 8 people was a little bit on the short side. Specially because people would lock the main door, instead of only the internal ones. Probably that option could be removed. Also a suggestion might be adding any surface to put your clothes on in the shower room.

Enough space in the bedroom. Good breakfast. Great location.

Stayed in a 6-bed female only room, The room was spacious, had a small balcony and a toilet and shower inside the room itself. The location of the hostel was great, as it was quite close to the bus stop and tram stop. It was also on a quiet street and was very close to the Museum Island. Breakfast was standard, and the bar and restaurant downstairs was good. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Staff making comments about people taking too much food for breakfast. They had a full place and food was running out quickly. You could even feel their looks when serving yourself. Annoying. If the €7 breakfast is not a good business for you, just don't offer it.

Room is small for 3 beds. And there is no warm light to put at night when someone gets in the room and the rest just want the main lights out. Mattress was hard as f@@@k. Also the space to storage the suitcases is very very noisy and uncomfortable if you need to put and take things out (mainly for the rest of the peep in the room)

You pay for the location of the hostel. It’s in the middle of Berlin. Mitte is one of the most nice areas. Breakfast for the price they offered was perfect.

I really wish there was an information that you do not provide lockers for the shelfs under the bed. If I was aware i'd just brought mine. It was my first experience with sleeping in the shared room so I had no idea that the lockers were not provided. Please inform your customers earlier!!!!!!!!

Customer service was great, really nice people, answered all of my questions. THEY WERE GREAT It was clean, bed was great. I apreciate the privacy the curtain gave and the power plug in the bed as well. I'm really satisfied with my stay.

A woman working during the day was soooo mean didn’t want to give directions in Berlin, didn’t want to help me to know bus system in Berlin, give handsome young guys free water and shampoo; meanwhile she refused telling how much the machine charges for water by telling to read the drink prices on the machine. Not being consistent with all.

A gentleman working at night, Bold-headed, give me band aid and made sure that my card key would work to open my door.

Improving shower cleanliness.

Staff was great, super friendly and very helpful. The location a big plus. Near to train station and bus stop. Rooms are big enough (referring to the 6 people with inside bad room) to leave your stuff. Toilet and shower are separated which I see it as a good advantage.

I couldn't sleep well, because everyone few time someone wake up , I guess to washroom and make a lot of noise I guess from the bed, may be it wasn't well fixed because should like a lot of think were shaking, very noisy

Towel is not included, need to pay to get one. There’s no lock on the baggage shelves, need to buy the padlock. The cardlock on the room sometimes not functioning.

I stayed in a dorm and could not change my top bunk - being 60 it was difficult to get into the bunk and organise my chargers etc. I was quite shocked in the morning to find it was a mixed dorm - not what I would have chosen - there was no mention if this in the booking. Maybe options for all female dorms and choice of bunk would help. Tbh my only experience of dorms in recent years was in Tokyo where this choice was available when booking.
