The rooms directly face the Swimming pool and there were people swimming and making a noise at 23.00 in the evening. Also the music in the outside pool area should be turned off at 21.00 I believe but some nights it was on until really late, So it was difficult to relax. Pity the Sauna was not working.

The rooms are really fun and nice and really comfortable. Breakfast was also good and well fairly priced. I loved all the interesting decorations in the room! I really enjoyed this hotel and is situated right between Rulantica and Europa Park if you want to visit both attractions. The town Rust is also a really nice cute town in itself.

We decided to stay here as part of our trip to Europa park and Rulantica which is why the location is simply perfect! We used the car to get to and from the park but I am sure this can also by done walking. The property has plenty of parking right in front of the main door. The room was perfect for a family! super clean, extremely comfortable beds and everything had a really cool design theme (the upper floor had a ship steering wheel! kids loved it) and finally the breakfast was perfection! We will definitely come back! Thanks for an amazing stay

Kids wanted to use the pool on the only day it didn’t rain but they were cleaning it and left the pool cleaner in (it was off) so they couldn’t use it. They were a bit sad about it.

Place is new and well-maintained with great amenities. Very clean swimming pool, air conditioner. List is very long :) Breakfast is available and is great. The lady at the reception, probably the owner, is so professional and gentle. She knows her job :) I would recommend this place anytime to my friends. Cheers.

A bit pricey for German standards. We arrived at a 'normal' time in the evening and had to call their number so that someone came and opened - this should be handled more guest-friendly (e.g. use of a code or install a key lock box or similar).

Location is good, just about 1km from the park. Very new and modern apartments. Excellent breakfast, spacious rooms, the complex also has a pool (which we did not use). Very friendly personnel. Enough parking spots. In a nutshell, it was an excellent joice for the one night that we stayed.

It is important to note that although there are 5 beds, for us the room and the kitchen were quite small, especially when you arrive with luggage.

The location is excellent. Very close to all attractions around. The breakfast was also fine. The pictures posted on the site are very similar to what we actually received.

We stayed at two really beautifull appartments. One with the swimming pool right in front of it and one luxury looking one with a nice (and cute) kitchenette with everything in it you might need. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the other staff also very nice. Location was about 5 minute drive to Europapark, thus perfect. Two supermarkets around the corner, so really ideal.

A minor point, but a fan to improve air flow upstairs from the air conditioning downstairs would have been ideal to improve comfort when the weather is particularly hot.

We had fantastic communication from the hotel before our stay and questions were answered quickly. We arrived early in the morning before our room was ready, but received a warm welcome on arrival and we were able to complete paperwork to save time later. We got instructions on accessing our room in the afternoon, and after a day at the theme park we were able to pick our keycard up straight away and access our room. We were met with a modern, good sized room with balcony which was ideal for relaxing at the end of a day at the theme park or waterpark. The pool is a great way to cool off on very warm days, while the fridge on the landing with various drinks in to purchase at any time of day was much appreciated. The key code entry into the building also allowed our party to return at different times after the theme park, or food and drinks at the nearby restaurants. The hotel sits on the hotel side of Rust, which means a short 10-15 minute stroll to Europa-Park in the morning, and a similar distance for the waterpark Rulantica. Once the theme park closes, you're able to exit at the Spanish entrance for the Europa-Park's official hotels, meaning a shorter 5 minute walk back to the apartment. Some of our party have now stayed multiple times at this property, and we plan to return for another trip later in the year.
