the location is amazing, just 3 minutes walk away from the heart of Berlin. we have no contact with any one checking in and checking out, easily and smooth :)))) I like that.

A microwave would be a good addition to heat up food/milk etc. Just one detail, we were provided with clean towels but another set was left wet in the washing machine. A cloth dish towel would be nice to have in the kitchen area to dry dishes. More coffee capsules would be nice as only two are not enough for a longer stay and are not easy to find (specific kind for the coffee machine)

Apartment was clean and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. Beds were very comfortable even the sofa bed which was already set up upon arrival. We were also assisted promptly when asked for a crib check/replacement. The room was smaller as shown in the pictures but fine for our family of four. Kitchen was well equipped. Location is a bit far from the city center but right in the shopping district. 8 minutes bus drive to the Zoo/Aquarium. No noise from outside, good heating and windows able to be opened.

The bed and pillows should have been better. While we give thumb up for the in-room facility, the building facility was disappointing. There are two elevators but one was broken. The only one worked experienced problem as well during our stay hence all guests need to take stairs. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was quite a challenge to bring our multiple luggages down. Luckily there is another set of elevator on the other end that can take us down and got us out from the next building.

We are returnee to this property. We found it back in 2022 when in Berlin and decided to go back here for its location and in-room facility. The check in/out procedure is very straightforward with key-coded access and the host is very responsive in responding to our query via booking and WA channel. We stayed in a bigger room than we did before and definitely better view. We like the in-room facilities, i.e., microwave, e-stove, washing machine with all amenities. Perfect for us to stay for 4 nights and we can even set a family dinner with our son who stayed in Berlin.

Basic maintenance was not perfect: light switch at entrance was detached from wall; shower hose leaked at connection to shower head; toilet flush valve tended not to close properly until flush switch jiggled, and finally the external blind had a bizarre algorithm whereby it partially closed on its own every morning at 9am. The sofa was not particularly comfy and would probably not make a great bed for an extra guest.

Well equipped kitchen with a small sink; lacked microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine was excellent. Location excellent however immediate street (Johannesthaler Str.) very busy and not so pretty. Some excellent restaurants in the vicinity like Diekmann's on Meinecke Str. Rewe supermarket nearby. Staff responded quickly when a few complaints were registered. Elevator good. Large windows that opened. Good bed.

The towels were thin and not appropriate for a 3-day stay. But overall, it is not an important issue.

The house was amazing. It was comfortable and clean. The house was clean and had the major stuff you are looking for in an apartment for a short time.

One of the beds was not that great. The code to enter the building did not work most of the time, so we always had to wait for others to come in or use a back entrance.

The location was absolutlely fantastic! A very spacious apartment for a family with two kids. For a city trip it was great to have a small kitchen. Pleasant building and surroundings.

The lightbulb was not working in the hall and neither the elevator once.

The automated check-in and check-out was easy and went smoothly. The apartment was well equipped and nicely done in terms of space planning.

The elevator seemed to be on the fritz and was not working for a day and a half (room on 5th/6th) floor. Got stuck going down and doors wouldn't open until I pressed the alarm button and it seemed to fix it but later that day completely broken.

Everything about the room was good. Bed, amount of space, kitchen, utensils, extras in the room.
