Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the main train station and right outside the old town. The hotel wasn't anything special, but had everything we needed: nice room, clean bathroom and a place to store our luggage.

No one shelf, clothe hook in the room. I have to put my clothes on second bed. Also in the room was too loudly when somebody came to corridor.

It’s a hostel and it was packed with teenagers from several countries doing school trips. Too much noise during the night. The sounds from the corridor were constant and loud, the door/walls were not soundproofing the room. I knew there was a possibility of that happening, but I only stayed for one night. Can’t recommend if you’re planning more nights there, unless you don’t care about noise and teenagers everywhere.
Well located, close to the main train station and to the flixbus station as well (right next to it). Walking distance to the center. Very easy checkin and checkout. Friendly staff, let us leave our baggage free of charge until our room was ready. Many amenities on the lobby, coffee machine, food machine, billiards, cool vibe. Spatious room, nice bathroom in the room. Elevator and stairs available.

The location was perfect, very close to the station, the room was clean and big enough. The bathroom had all the necessary plus and hair dryer. Considering the price it's a very good deal.

Parking is difficult if not booking a spot (after I emailed to enquire). Rooms were not the cleanest and it seemed someone came into our room even with the Do not disturb sign on.

The heat is a little bit too weak for winter nights. The window cannot keep the coldness away. It is still rather cold in the room even if I turn the heat to the max. A little noisy in the corridor but not that disturbing.
The location is perfect to catch a flight in the early morning. It lies beside the underground station where the underground comes every 8 or 10 minutes toward the airport. With in about 15 minutes can I reach the airport. The 24 hour reception is also perfect for this.

The room that I stayed in was lil bit noisy because of Flixbus station which is located next to the hostel.
Hostel was extremely good from staff to location. I totally recommend this place.

1e. Bring a pillow or buy one, the pillows they give you are over used and not comfortable to lay on, you get a headache from it. The place is not as clean as other a&o hostels. The guest kitchen is a disaster, really small and almost no equipment.
The staf is super friendly. The location is perfect it is near the international bus station and near the main tran station. Also it is 5 minutes walk from city center.

The staff at check in were pretty rude. The pillow sucked and there was only one each. Unfortunately, the other guests were super loud all night but that’s not the hotels fault! Bathroom was really cramped but again, fine for one night!

Nothing. We had a private room for our family of 5. I do t know what the dorms are like.
For a quick overnight on a train stopover with a family of 5, it was perfect. It was clean, decent shower, walking distance from the station. It has a nice, friendly atmosphere. We didn’t have breakfast.
