There was a light switch outside the room that could turn on a light inside the room. A light would flash every now and then during the night, which was annoying.

It could be noisy at times as located beside the main street outside. Some of the plugs didn't work and the main shower head didn't work so I had to shower with the smaller one.

The location was amazing, right beside Charles Bridge and on the Mala Strana side of the city. The room was Hugh and very comfortable

It wasn't made clear prior to booking that the Louren did not have a reception or on-site staff - this isn't a deal breaker, but it would be nice to know in advance. I did email the hosts on day one to ask them to clean our dirty fridge, which they then promised to do but never actually did. On the last morning we were leaving the hot water and heating broke for at least our room and the room next-door - but we checked out soon after so I wasn't around to see if that was resolved any quicker.

The accomodation was very well located - just off Charles Bridge and a short walk to lots of restaurants and shops. It is also opposite a major tram stop, so you can get around the city very quickly. The room itself was very quiet and nice and warm (appreciated when it was -10 overnight!)

No kitchen. Only a small refrigerator and a kettle. It's not an issue for up to a week maybe. I stayed three weeks. For short stays, it's great.

i'm not sure how thoroughly they clean because the lamps on the wall had cobwebs. had difficulty opening the door upon our arrival - maybe took us 15 mins the first time; following times still need a little hard push/pull motion to open the door

the location is the best - just a block away from Charles Bridge - so we walked through there 2-3x a day just to enjoy the view and music no breakfast but there is a McDonalds beside the building that opens at 8am; other cafes in the area open later; not an ideal set up for us who are used to have breakfast at 7am

Was asked to pay a so called "city tax" for tourists which the booking.com ad for this property didn't advise of and said it was the final price. None of the other hotels in the area or in Prague I was in asked for this so called extra TAX. I payed for this tax nonetheless but guests SHOULD be advised first! So, not happy with this surprise. The beds could be better. My bed was too soft and I woke up the next day with a huge pain in my hip that I could barely walk. The TV there is almost useless and outdated for the high prices of these rooms. They should indicate more clearly that they are airbnb's

There was no hot water for the first night but it was resolved in the morning. There also isn’t air con but a fan was provided. So it gets hot quite easily if the sun is bright.

The bed sheets are quite short, you end up sleeping directly on the mattress which is not hygenic from my point of you. The room was quite hot and had no AC but there is a fan, that is quite nosiy to keep on through the night. There is a water kettle but no coffee or tea in the room.

The location is perfect, the room is spacious, the beds are comfy, all in all, it was a good experience.

The organization of the check-in was not very accurate. We were told that the room will be ready after 15h, but at the end we were waiting for the room until 18h.

Location of the room is outstanding, you are in the old city center, right to Karlov Most (Charles Bridge). There is parking right on the street which costs 490 krowns (around 22-23 eur) per day. Cheaper parking is around 20 min walking distance underground parking next to the Sparta Stadium, 400 krowns (around 16-17 eur) per day. Also next to the accommodation there is tram station from where you can be in a 30 min to the Prague ZOO.

Despite a very warm welcoming letter that invited communication with management, the responses to my 2 emails, my 4 SMS messages, and 2 phone calls, were non- existent. They never answered their phone. Checkin time was 3pm however our room wasn't ready until 3:45pm again with no communication and no apology. Our checkin was pathetic. The room was also quite small and compact.

The location ideal, right in the middle of the tourist precinct and very close to a major tram stop. The shower and bathroom were good for one person and the hot water was instant. Beds were extremely comfortable.
