I loved this Hostel so much! very clean rooms, excellent location - right across the Bell Tower of Xi’an🤩 and the metro station was so easily accessible. They also have very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk👌🏾♥️ For the price I paid, this hostel really exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Xi’an❣️

People can not keep a place clean .. it is not the fault of the hostel, it is just education.

Exceptional place! Everybody is so nice and helpful! Very modern, clean, friendly, they help you with everything! Close to metro station, bell tower 1 min away, you can reach everything from here! Definitely the best place to stay! The nice ladies were cleaning the place, but some people just can not keep a place clean ( talking about toilets). But everything is as in the pictures! Recommend! Thank you!

Internet lethargic. It's been said many times but not getting through that the signage at the front is insufficient. There's a small hard to see sign. Turn right at exit D, Xinnamen metro, and it's the building before China Post, the black stairs to the right of VIVO sign. Just add a sign that is easy to see, and you won't keep getting the same repeat complaint.

Super comfy bed, quiet, great shower and air con. Clean and well managed. Location fine, almost next to the Bell tower and easy walk to the Muslim quarter. Right on the Xinnamen metro, exit D. Helpful enough staff.

Wonderful place near of Drum Tower, Muslim quarter and Bell Tower. Very hostile staff, low prices and high comfort standarts. It was wonderful 2 days in Xian, there's nothing more to expect, quite perfect for it's price

Place was amazing, by far one of the best hostel I’ve ever been in. Friendly Staff, amazing and clean rooms, big bathroom with good showers and normal toilets( you are never sure in china). Big ups to Alan for helping us as well with booking stuff online!

At first, it is hard to locate since it is inside the building. But I appreciate that they respond via wechat when I asked for the exact location. Since this is a hostel, expect bed spacer/s snoring at night but definitely expected.

Hostel but generally comfortable to stay. The bed is comfortable. The common restroom is clean and well maintained. Walking distance to the train station, bell tower and muslim quarter. The check-in and check-out went smooth. You can also leave your luggage after check-out if you still plan to explore the city within the day.

.The directions to get there are not sufficient. There's a lack of signage at the street entrance indicating that there's a hostel in that building. If you don't speak Chinese, it's a bit complicated to understand the directions on Booking.com.

Spacious and quiet rooms. Comfortable beds, towels, slippers, and toiletries available. Everything very clean. We had an issue with the attitude of some roommates and felt very uncomfortable. We spoke to the staff to change rooms, and they were very understanding and attentive. They even invited us for a coffee to apologize for the inconvenience. Afterwards, we had fantastic roommates in the new room. Directions: take the metro to Zhonglou (Bell Tower) station, exit D. Head towards the bell tower until you find a Huawei store. It's next door. If you can't find it, show the written address in Chinese to any shop in the area; that's how we found it.

The property provided me with all the comfort. They gave me flip-flop, towel, locker. The room was very big, the toilet/shower was big and they provided shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer,make up cotton. I didn’t expect to find an hostel so we’ll organise. In addition the position was perfect in the center.

One thing I'd improve is the signs outside of the building: is not super easy for non-Chinese speakers/readers identify where to locate the way to reach the hostel (it's on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a tech department mall), but by simply asking around people will point you in the right way

The hostel is conveniently located right next to Xi'an Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter, major attractions and great food locations. The staff is attentive and really helped us even before our arrival. We had an issue with Trip.com to book Terracotta Army entrances, and Alan allowed us to use the hostel phone number and helped us to reserve tickets via WeChat. Also, they pointed us at at the Gao Compound to see the Shadow Puppetry show: an amazingly preserved house which is marvellous already in itself, and also enables to see the show in a less touristic environment compared to other Shadow theatres we then saw around the city. Highly recommended!!!

The dorm room doors are very loud opening and closing so you might be woken up every time someone enters if leaves the dorm at night.

The hostel was very clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was very nice and the commonroom/lounge very fancy. Generally a big and well organized hostel in the absolute heart of the city! Pretty much everything in the old city is in walking distance and the next metro station is just across from the door!
