Not really near to any underground station. But DiDi pickup is quite convenient on the main road.

Front office staff are efficient and helpful. The property is spacious and clean. Reasonable spread for breakfast.

The hallway on our floor smelled of cigarette. Moreover, it seemed as some of the rooms were rented out permanently, with tenants leaving their stuff in the hallway.

Very spacious room and very nice personal at the reception. The room was very large, and you were able to get comfortable right away. The breakfast was nice, had fresh fruits and also continental options, although limited. Totally worth the price.

The stuff does not speak much English, but they are so friendly and helpful, the language barrier was not a matter at all.

The apartment was amazing, spacious, with all equipment needed. To have the washing machine was great We loved our stay, it was very pleasant.

Everything was great. Room ,staff,breakfast and location all were lovely. Manager Crystal arranged flowers and fruit plate for my wife's birthday. So thoughtful. Very happy with the hotel. I booked at another Somerset in different city because we were so happy with our experience here

Breakfast was pure. Not the same as other Somerset hotels, but is ok for easy morning food. Other things in this topic - no have. Breakfast as we think should be more tasty.

Location of this hotel is good. Best place for city center travelling. Most of interesting places is near by. We are walking and feel happy, that we no need to lose a lot time for using car. We are using only for Global Xian traveling places, it OUT of XIAN. Yes, is comfortable. Location/Price very good.

Great breakfast, very modern apartment, good sized pool and gym. Perfect for four adults and the kitchen is well-appointed. Staff were fantastic and couldn't help more, remember to bring a shower cap for the pool as well. Will stay in a Somerset again.

It's a bit far from the centre (20 minutes by taxi from the city wall area). Buffet breakfast is good but the service during breakfast could be improved. Indoor play area quite small and not so clean.

Very clean, quiet and spacious 2 bedrooms apartment Swimming pool at 27th floor with view of the city. games area with ping pong table, table soccer and others. Reception staff can speak good English and is very helpful and professional

We chose this hotel (in part) because of the availability of a gym and a pool. However, when we went to the pool, we were informed about a rule that required us to wear swimming caps. Strangely, this requirement was not mentioned on Booking.com or the hotel's own website. The hotel does not provide caps for rent but only offers them for purchase, with the cheapest option being 60 yuan. This was quite unpleasant and disappointing. I consider this practice unacceptable for a hotel. The windows in the room haven't been cleaned for a long time. The air conditioner emits a rather unpleasant odor when first turned on, indicating that it might not have been cleaned in a while either.
