The location is excellent with an excellent price-quality ratio. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff cleaned and tidied the room and changed the towels every day. Mira and Beta who work at the reception werw very friendly.

Apps like Google , Facebook and whatsaap don't work here and google map will take you to wrong locations its better to use Translator app for better understanding with the locals

The Location is on the Main Electronic Market , Food options are also nearby and 1 Indian Restaurant too Just in front of the hotel is the Subway station In the staff - Senior manager Mr Jonathan was the most helpful person

Room shows sign of wear and tear. Cleanliness could be improved. Left side of the king size bed had a slight odor of urine. Housekeeper on duty the first 2 days wasn’t very thorough. On our final (5th)day, we extended the room for a half day since ours were a midnight flight -found it odd that they didn’t leave us bath towels nor replenished drinking water. Not sure if half day rate doesn’t warrant these amenities.

Location! Train/subway just steps away from the main entrance making it easy to get around the city. Good food offerings within 500m radius, Maoye mall with premium brands about 200m and surrounded by multi level IT/gadget malls. Housekeepers were polite and friendly.

The breakfast buffet was extensive with Chinese and western options. The food could be hotter but minor quibble.

A great stay in an excellent hotel. Right above the metro in the electronics district with lots of restaurants and central park nearby. Wonderful views from room, free mini bar, HBO and WiFi, robe and excellent air con and heating. Early check in and late check out.

Fantastic location right next to Huaqiang North Metro Exit A. Staff kindly gave us an early check in and late check out. Hotel also provides a free supper from 9-11 pm.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Great thanks to Mr. Johnathan one of the best receptionist I met ever very helpful person. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The room is very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and big. We are especially grateful to the housekeeper who brought us dumplings, as we arrived during the Lantern Festival. We had only asked for a baby bed!

The apartment has fantastic view. 1 minute to underground. Nice staff. Starbucks on the ground floor. Area around hotel have a lot of small cafe (coffee shops, bubble tea shops, bakery), mini markets. Near street with electronic goods. There is a park in 7-10 minutes by walk. The best value for money.

Helpful staff, Good location . Manger Jonathon was nice and helpful. We have two kids and an elderly. Jonathan was kindly arrange room that were on the same floor for us. Always willing to help and provide service we needed. Rooms were spacious and clean with good view at night. Many stalls and beverage shops downstairs.

Just staid there for a whole month. Location: 4 Subway lines in walking distance (2/8, 1, 4, 7) 2 of those reachable via elevator to hotel basement SEG Center is across the road Facilities: Fitness room (F36) Enjoy the treadmill views, they are great! Be aware, free weights are lacking. 2 high quality, full featured towers make up well. Washing machine on the terrace (F31). Everything required is there for free. Staff: Many speak fluent English. this is a rarity in Shenzhen. Super helpful and friendly. Special tanks to Johnathan the general Manager. WIFI: Hotel has a great internet connection for free. Still you will require VPN for "western" Services. This is a general limitation that applies to ALL Hotels in Shenzhen. There are no more exceptions from the "big firewall". Rooms: Clean, great pillows and matraces If you can grab a high floor do it, the views are great. King rooms do have better views than twin rooms.
