Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CroatiaI didn't like that some options are only available if you have WeChat. For example, room service and ice cream. A 15-20 minute walk to the subway station, which can be a lot if it's over 30 degrees Celsius outside.
It contains everything a hotel must have. Excellent breakfast, lunch, and dinner available. Clean and tidy. The nearby subway station (Dongzhimen) is important one for tourists since Line 2 circles around the city center, and there's also a shuttle to the airport. The hotel staff mostly don't speak English, but we communicated well using a translation device. Free water bottles are also available at the reception at any time.

United StatesThe room is a bit smaller than expected comparing with other Holiday Inn Express we stayed in other cities. But well understood it is in center location of Beijing.
We loved the breakfast with lots of options. The service is very nice as we got our room in early check-in time and also offered with free breakfast. Walking distance to neighborhood parks, good restaurants and shopping areas.

The buffet breakfast was superb. We like that the hotel switched the hot dishes everyday so there was a variety. Hotel room is clean and the size is comfortable for 2 people with 2 big luggage. We travelled around in DiDi. Location of hotel is easy for drivers to locate.

Room, although small, was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel and facilities were excellent and location was very good. Staff was very helpful. Plenty of choices at the buffet breakfast. All in all, a tremendous value.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in and out is fast. Room is clean, aircon working well. Housekeeping is daily. The breakfast was surprisingly impressive. Good spread with variety of choices ranging from Chinese to Western. Juices, fruits and beverages were good. Location is good. Opposite the hotel has a nice Chinese restaurant that serves good food at reasonable prices. Travelling to other parts of Beijing is quite convenient from the hotel.

I stayed in February, it was amazing and probably the best hotel I have been to in China. The staff, from reception to cleaning, was really nice and curteous. Everybody could speak English and the hotel seemed very foreign friendly. The room was clean and had everything I needed and more. The breakfast was amazing. I will definitely return!
