    There was a miscommunication between the hotel and booking.com. as the hotel did not get my booking.

    The hotel did not get my booking when we arrived to check in. So extra time was spent sorting things out and at first was unsure if the hotel could accommodate us. It was already late at night so the experience was not perfect.

    The room was clean and tidy. It's location no too far from metro allow ones to travel to various places.

    It would be better that the staff spoke better English.

    New hotel, very well eqquiped in modern design and fresh colors. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist you.

    The safety issue is a huge concern. In the middle of the night, strangers who were given the same access card could get into my daughters’ room without permission. This is due to the carelessness and lousy system at the front desk. I complained to the manager in charged (and that was upon my strong request that manager came). Other than apologizing, that was nothing he could do, he said. Front desk has no empathy for the safety issue and never apologize. I will never stay here again. Neither would I recommend. Safety for my family is my priority, I don’t think anyone would disagree with me. And safety should be the NUMBER ONE priority to the hotel for its guests also, I believe.
