Wonderful, comfortable hotel, good location, very nice breakfast, overlooks a children’s school playground - so much fun watching the kids doing their morning exercises!! Very helpful staff. Great value!!

Sometimes a very strong bbq meat smell would be present in the room, at odd hours of the day and night.

Really comfortable beds, big bathroom with separate toilet and shower cabins, free water bottles in the hallway, nice breakfast, helpful front desk staff.

There's no subway station is the neighbourhood. It requires a bit of walking to get there.

Staff is very helpful, the rooms, the beds, shower and bath are all very comfortable. Laundry room and free water bottles are great extras. Also the in-house delivery robot is very cute.

Everyone is so friendly, considerate and very attentive. We had a wonderful stay at Soon Designer Hotel. Our room was always clean and nice as well. The hotel as gave away a lot of bottled water. Would surely return here when we go back to Xi’An :)

It will be good if they have a full-on restaurant or offer meals coz for foreign tourists, it will be nice to have a meal in the hotel after a long day of sightseeing. Otherwise everything is excellent!

I love the modern design and cleanliness of the room. Location is very convenient and love that it has a bar. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Good cocktails from Magic!

There was no space to open a second suitcase other than the table. The shower drained slowly nearly flooding the shower stall. The bacon sandwich was processed meat, not real bacon and the tuna sandwich didn’t have enough tuna in it. The white flagstones in the entry way and the stones on between them made it difficult to roll heavy baggage.

The room is not really sound proof. I can still hear cars passing by from the street in front. but the traffic is low at night.

the staffs are very kind, they try to help even with translation app. the location is just great! very near to popular tourist spot like bell tower and drum tower, Muslim quarter as well!

I loved everything, I could not complain about anything.

It was the best stay during my 12 days in china. After my stay in Beijing city, I got sick, and arriving to this luxury location was one of the best things that happened to my and my throat virus. The staff was attentive and helped me a lot, although we needed to speak through the smartphone translator. The bed was the best bed of my trip and every little detail seemed to be taken care of before my arrival.

Booked last minute as our previous hotel was not fit to stay in! Staff welcoming and friendly , helpful and the place was amazing what a difference, clean, smelt lovely had a robot, staff ordered food for us as it was late, great location, fab room, clean etc defo recommend

No fridge and safe box. no proper lobby area for transport pickup and drop-off. Room just nice for 2 with very limited space to place luggage. The entrance path towards the lift is too narrow and steep to drag luggage.

Staff attitude. We were rushing to join a day tour and couldn't eat breakfast, took the initiative to pack for us, huge portion too. Breakfast was simple and nice. Robot delivered toilet paper for us, so cute. unlimited water bottle for guest to help themselves.

Not a problem with the hotel, but if you’re a western guest be mindful that Google Maps and Apple Maps don’t have the right location so it took a while to find.
