All were good.

Huge, location wise very close to all the places like koka lagoon cruise, muri market. Very clean. Host was very kind for us. She allowed us to checkout at 9am and go for snorkling and get a quick shower before the flight as it was at 4pm. We arrived at late, so all the water , internet, cereal, bread were there. They re filled the water when we needed. Really 😊..Thanks.

That I had to leave !!!!!

I knew when we were heading over to a beautiful whare but this just blew my mind ,the location is gorgeous ,it's offset from the hustle n bustle not that rarotonga is busy ,but you feel like you go dep in to a jungle over looking muri and the lagoon, waking every day to just magic views ,eating dinner watching those same magic views is just what made it and Im Literally 2min from the main rd .The swimming pool was a highlight as my daughter and I were in there 5x a day aswell as snorkeling those prestine reefs .ahhhhh what else ,the aircon was amazing ,the facilities ,big mihi to Joy for her hospitality and checking we had everything . Next time I'm in Rarotonga I'll definitely be staying here again highly recommend if you want your peace and quiet away from resorts and definitely well worth the money ,10/10 Nga mihi Tara and your team Aroha

Everything was perfect and amazing : From the checkin, to the service we got, the place itself and the amazing view ! The communication was great as well, it was even better than we expected it !

Our stay at the villa was amazing. It was such a beautiful place and very clean. The staff left milk, bread, bottled water, tea, coffee, cereals etc. we were not expecting that. The staff were brilliant in organising and greeting us on our arrival.

Fantastic view, good location for sightseeing, calm and peaceful, excellent amenities and very responsive and helpful host. The beach towels were so plush as well. Ideal for us as we hired a car. This was the best accommodation of our entire holidays in the Cook islands.

The only hiccup was very minor. We didn’t know if there was a laundry on site that we could access as there was no information booklet about the property, we were at the beach or pool every day and ran out of towels. Tara/Joy was kind enough to drop off extra towels.

The location was great with beaches, shops, restaurants, no more than minutes away. The view from the studio apartment was exceptional, absolutely breathtaking!

beautiful views on the hill overlooking the ocean but still close enough that you can walk to the beach. The apartment was spacious and clean and the staff were very helpful. Great value for money. Netflix and Wi-Fi provided free of charge and bread, milk and butter provided on arrival. we couldn’t be happier with our stay at Mai’I villas
