The suite was perfect. Very clean. Very large. Massive comfortable bed. Kitchen well equipped. Lounge spacious. Felt like home. The location was perfect for sightseeing. Easy reach of numerous bars and restaurants. Close to the sea and beaches. Close to Stanley Park.

Loved every bit of it. The suites were spacious and well-equipped and the staff were always there, ready to help. The hotel is conveniently located, close to lots of pubs and restaurants, and there's a Safeway right across the street.

Location in West End was great, within walking distance to Stanley Park, English Bay and shopping on Robson St, etc. It was a little noisy at night at times, as bedroom was facing Denman, else, the 1-bdrm apt was very comfortable. Liked the convenience of laundry facilities in the apt, and the kitchen was well equipped (though paper towels would be handy). The rooftop patio was very nice.

Staff were great, had a room on the quiet side of the hotel. Roomy, everything needed. Plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes. Only a few minutes walk to Stanley Park.

Everything was excellent

Stayed on 4th floor. Room was large with separate bedroom and a kitchenette, large lounge area and little balcony overlooking treed street. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and although on a main street there was hardly any traffic noise at night. Was great to have bedside lights that you could actually read by!! There are plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from and nice safe area to walk around.

Electrical outlets loose and potentially unsafe. Lighting was strange, many units but not effective lighting. Window blinds unsuitable for a brightly lit city location.

Felt like home away from home. Very clean, bright well equipped, comfortable, homely. Excelled our expectations. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the roof top area. Great location for transport and site seeing. Would definitely recommend. Sorry didn’t take many photos for this feedback. But have added fabulous Grouse mountain view from the balcony and roof top.

Being on the corner of Robson and Denman there was traffic noise that made getting to sleep difficult, but ear plugs were provided.

The king suite was perfect - bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge - plenty of space. Two TVs; the kitchen was fully appointed with cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Lots of nice details like quality tea and plunger coffee provided. Lovely comfortable bed and coverings. The locations was perfect for walking to Stanley Park and walking into the city past the shops on Robson.

Well positioned, clean & comfortable with full kitchen, laundry with washing powder & dryer. Plenty of shower soaps with good hot water pressure. Ample pillows, towels & duvets. Recycling encouraged with small individual containers in room. A small balcony overlooking a tree lined street was pleasant - a lovely apartment situated within walking distance to Stanley Park.

Smallish suite but with all facilities, very comfortable bed, clean, comfortable. Excellent situation . Easy walking distance to Stanley park, good walk to downtown or else bus with easy access. Supermarket and lots of eateries in immediate vicinity.

The staff were excellent. Helpful and friendly. It was in a superb location close to Stanley Park, restaurants and shopping. Loved having the space to spread out, kitchen, lounge and separate bedroom. Washing machine and dryer were well appreciated. Would definitely stay there again.
