Everything was excellent!

Breakfast was standard fare, no better or worse than anywhere else, staff member was very pleasant and it was nice to have someone on hand.

The restaurant was being renovated as off season, meaning we had a “grab and go” breakfast which wasn’t that substantial. The internet has a weak signal in the bedroom - we were 2nd floor - so watching a film on a tablet etc was interrupted for buffering (irritating).

Location - good, next to petrol stations, eateries, downhill walk to town and therefore easy access to the lake which is fabulous together with the views and mountain backdrop, and obviously the beach. When the season fully opens on 15th May, the beach will be very popular, and the hotel booked fully!! Easy access to roads leading out of Osoyoos.

The checkout staff were not quite a friendly.

The check-in service was great. The Breakfast was much better than we expected. The beds were comfortable. The view of the lake was great.

I particularly Like the staff, the gentleman who was on, Phil was most accommodating. I have a handicap, and he made sure I had easy access to my room. Good breakfast

I didn’t care to hear our next door neighbors conversations thru the wall next to our bed. We could even hear him clear his throat or cough.

Ck in was great with Phil, not a virtual ck in like I had recently in Gallup NM with a guy in India on a TV screen. We like your traditional, personal ck in. Phil also answered our questions for recommendations for eating places in town.

The coat rack was very awkwardly located, right above the table in our room.

Breakfast was very good, for a continental breakfast, that is. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, except the water was too cold.

Breakfast was marginal. It's nice having the sink outside the bathroom, but this made the tub and toilet area quite small.

The location was very convenient. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Our room was on an upper level which we like, facing the courtyard pool. Front desk fellow, Phil, was very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing. It was clean and well set up and in a great location. Good value.

The real gem was Phil, the person working the desk. He was taking multiple calls from people displaced by the fires. I made an error in the date for our trip as we also had to quickly change our plan. He fixed our booking (Booking.com was also helpful) and even arranged for last minute accommodations for my 92 year old mother. Did it all with a calm approach and a smile. Hard to find service like that. The people working at the hotel were also really friendly and responsive. Will return there for sure!

Osoyoos really impressed us especially the special attractions such as Anarchist Mtn Lookout, Desert nature Centre and Osoyoos Cultural Centre.

Only one little thing- the quickest access out of the room to the pool was through the back door in the room, however we couldn’t leave without it being unlocked while at the pool, so we had to have one person walk around the front way. Key card access through the back doors of the new rooms would solve this, but not a big deal as we loved our stay overall.

We loved the layout of how the rooms were accessible to the pool. The newer rooms were lovely too.

Thin flooring, so we could hear every step but otherwise everything else was great. Also need to wipe the front door handles daily seemed greasy to touch high traffic area.

The only drawback for me was the hot weather which I knew about in advance and you cannot do much about it. I am not much of a beach person but I visited the area and enjoyed it very much.
