The hot tub was dirty, and there was a lack of towels at the gym/ pool sauna multiple times. We stayed for 6 nights and no room cleaning services were available at this location. These are all tiny things I noticed overall we had an amazing stay.

The TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were there over the Stanley Cup playoffs and it took us 2 days to figure out that we could not get the game or live news on your tv. When we did figure it out, it was with the help of your staff member who ultimately could not make a difference or resolve the issue.

The building, room, staff, clean white linens, contemporary simple decor. Thought the kitchen could have been a tiny bit more equipped... e.g. a small metal strainer, perhaps a pair of scissors, salt and pepper.

The bathroom needs one more towel bar for the second towel. The proximity to the office building across the street necessitates the use of the blackout blinds while dressing.

It was well designed and laid out. We had great sleeps : good air conditioning, always quiet and the bed was very comfy. The location was perfect, although we were still getting lost even after six days😅 All of the appliances worked although the dryer was less efficient I assume because it wasn’t vented.

The room was spotless and amenities were generous. One of the best valued stays I had, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and spacious. The interior was also very spacious and nicely decorated making for a great and comfortable stay.

My only comment would be the bed sheets were a tiny bit scratchy but that's really the only thing and it wasn't even an issue

Room was really modern and comfortable, had everything I could possibly have needed. Location was fantastic and I felt incredibly safe as a female solo traveler

Cant fault anything. Though perhaps not enough laundry and dishwashing tablet provided for stay (only 4 on each provided) - dishwasher used at least once everyday by our family group. But thats more an observation than a fault, as we just bought additional ones ourselves.

City centre. No noise from the city or other guests. Laundry and cooking facilities were a huge bonus. Friendly helpful staff, able to converse in different languages. Lovely rooftop amenities.

Loved our 2 bedroom room. Excellent views. Would love an apartment like this back home. A few minutes walk from phenomenal restaurants. Highly recommend Dandy's for breakfast and Bota Bota for a day at the spa.

Only herbal and earl grey tea. Not to my taste personally. Also, would have been nice to have a few long life milks for that first brew on arrival after a big day of travel.

Modern, well designed unit with really good quality fittings. Comfortable bed. Handy laundry facilities in the unit a great asset. Easy access with the code. Pleasant desk staff.

A beautiful property! The apartment was absolutely pristine, perfectly clean and spacious. Bonus facilities like a coffee machine and luggage hold were great. The location is perfect for exploring old town Montreal. Highly recommended!

COFFEE MACHINE WAS BROKEN DOWNSTAIRS THERE WERE A LOT OF STEPS TO GET INTO THE BUILDING WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT WHEN CARRYING HEAVY BAGS

IT WAS SELF CONTAINED SO WE COULD EAT IN AND CATCH UP ON ALL THE WASHING ETC. WHEN YOU ARE ON THE ROAD FOR AS LONG AS WE ARE, THESE LITTLE THINGS MEAN A LOT.

Additional thinner blankets would be great, not everybody like warm duvets, also we missed rack for the dishes, and that's it.

We liked friendly staff, spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, our kids slept very well there. The hotel is modern inside and historical and beautiful outside. Liked the brick walls as part of the interior design. The recreational center on the top is great. Liked the cleanness also.
