The shop on site didn’t have much to sell so you needed to go off site to buy basic groceries

Cleaning could've been better, there were cobwebs over the bed which could've easily been removed with a duster. Ours came with a bathtub which could've been nice but with how it was set up it was difficult to take a normal shower without water getting everywhere. Our bathroom door was insanely squeaky to the point that there was no way you could sneak to the bathroom in the evening/night without waking up the other person, just a super annoying sound to have to hear so often in the day in general and it seems like an easy fix. WiFi was super inconsistent and couldn't really be relied on for work or general streaming.

Super cozy stay in a very well equipped trailer/camper. Nice bed, pretty spacious and with built-in speakers. Had basic cooking condiments including oil(!), which is very nice since you don't want to spend money on stuff like that for such a short stay as a lot of it then gets wasted.

The dirty road access was unfortunate.

The whole concept of the Airstreams was great and well set up. Loved the landscaping, outdoor seating and fire pit.

Privacy is a little lacking since guests are behind and in front of the property and can see through. The grave road between units is a bit noisy.

Some of the windows didn't shut properly. We stayed when the weather was quite rainy so the airstream was quite cold without the heaters on (although the heaters worked well).

Cool little place to stay while visiting Tofino for two nights. The airstream was well equipped and provided everything we needed. We didn't need them but there were also lots of facilities on site. The bed was comfortable, shower was hot and wi-fi was strong.

Overpriced

I stayed in mobile house. It's quite stylish and has everything you need(except axe for fireplace woods :D). Despite it was around 10 degrees and wet outside, it was ok inside

The tile floor was a bit cold, artificial woods may be kinder to the feet without the hassle of soft carpet. More counter space in the bathroom would be nice, too. Windows need some windex.

Second bed in the airstream was broken. My husband ended up sleeping on the floor . Not ideal. When brought to the staff’s attention we got “sorry about that”

Not much to dislike! Had a fabulous time there.

Amazing experience at Mackenzie. Got an Oceanview cabin with two bedrooms, one living space+ kitchen and a washroom. Has all necessary amenities and is well maintained. It can accommodate a party of 4-6 people. Staff are very nice and helpful too. Highly recommended.

There were no clothes hangers. A bit pricey but we got it last minute on off season so it was worth it! We really enjoyed ourselves!

They had a private entrance to mckenzie beach. It’s made for families who opt to glamp rather than camp as we had all the amenities- clean washrooms, heater, running water, kitchennette.

Uncovered outdoor bbq/furniture. Rained a lot- if it had a cover we could have enjoyed the firepit/bbq area. Need more hooks. Possibly microwave.

Right on the beach, and it's a lovely beach. Very close to Tofino Distillery, Tofino Brewing, and a nice fresh seafood shop. Also has great BBQ brisket (and other things) available right on site. Staff are very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

The heating didn’t work in the first night, but we had wood in the cabin and could start a fire. The cabin was a little moldy before we started the fire. I saw three slaters. One dead, two living.

We had cabin 3 which is situated directly on the beach. It’s a wide, fantastic sand beach.

The property is better suited to summer than spring occupants. There is no indoor seating or inside shelter.

The staff although fairly friendly weren’t too keen to go out of their way for any challenges eg. When we were there they had the cafe closed and there weren’t options to buy a drink even if cold whilst the renovation was going on. There was a power outage meaning we had no heating and couldn't make tea or charge phone etc but they had a generator to power reception and when we first found out we thought it was just our cabin rather than the whole site - we went to reception rather than them coming round to let us know and make sure everything was okay.

Loved the location, close to Tofino town and various other restaurants and bars but also beachfront location was great really beautiful (as was the accomodation) the whole place has a really lovely vibe and it was really good value for money

The modern suite and the beach. The location of the property is in the midst of various sightseeing activities. After a day of adventure, the evening was spent outside the suite relaxing around the fire pit and then walking the beach at sunset.

But I think some simple improvements. What whoud help including a high toilet, better nozzle on the shower, higher sink, sold frame on bed( so it doesnt sqeek), a level fridge, more shelving around TV, hooks for towels. Would make it way better.
