And she gave me a key and I went the room but it wasn't cleaned up. Then I called her to tell the situation, she asked me to come there to get another room. So I got the other key and went to the room but its door has broken. I called her again and told that I can't close the door. Then, she came and told me that there were no other rooms available and no cleaning staff. その後、案内された部屋に向かったところ片付けられていませんでした。内線で伝えると、別の部屋を案内するからフロントに来てと言われ再度カードキーを受け取り次の部屋に行くと今度はドアが壊れていました。再度フロントに電話したところ、彼女が来て他に部屋がなくクリーニングスタッフもいないのでここに泊まってもらうしかないと言われました。 I told her that I couldn't stay here, but she kicked the door as hard as she could many times, then laughed and told me that the door was closed. この部屋に泊まれないと伝えましたが、彼女がドアを力一杯何度も蹴ってドアを閉め、こうすれば閉まると笑って言われました。 The room had an old, unclean sofa. no refrigerator. I had reserved a room with two double beds, but there was only one bed. 部屋は、古い不潔なソファが置いてあり、冷蔵庫はありませんでした。ダブルベッドが二つの部屋を予約していましたがベッドは一つしかありませんでした。 Later, I asked Bookinng.com to contact the hotel for a refund, but they told me that check-ins after midnight are treated as specials and the hotel can't guarantee a room without prior agreement from them, so they don't refund me! Bookinng.comからホテルに連絡をしてもらいましたが、24時を過ぎるチェックインは特別扱いになり、ホテルが事前に同意をしていないと部屋を保証できるものではないので返金しないとのことでした！！ I told them that I had called in advance and sent them a message but they ignored me, there was no mention of such a rule, just it was stated that the front desk was available 24 hours on website. But it didn't work. 事前に電話し、メールも送ったのに無視された、そのようなルールの記載もなく、ただ24時間フロント対応と記載があったと伝えましたが、ダメでした。 It is really disgusting that they suddenly made up a new reason to refuse a refund. Even though two staff clearly said "we did not make the cancellation, that was the new receptionist's fault. " 彼らは、自分たちはキャンセルをしていない、新人の間違いのせいだ、とはっきり言っていたのに、急に新しい理由を作って返金を断ってきたのは本当に最低です。 The manager should be honest with the customers and shouldn't leave the front desk to one person on a busy weekend.

There is not one good thing at all. 　良かった点は全く一つもありません First of all, I called 5 times to tell them I would be late arriving but no one picked my phone. Then I sent a message through Booking.com and never received a reply. まず、到着時間が遅れると伝えたく５回電話したのですが誰も出ませんでした。その後、Booking.comを通じて、遅れるとメッセージを送りましたが返信がありませんでした。 I arrived at Hotel Chrome around 3AM that day, the receptionist said that my reservation had been cancelled because I was late arriving. I told him that I had contacted the hotel in advance and I had paid for the room, but he said that everyone was busy today and didn't see the message. 当日3AMに到着してフロントに行ったところ、キャンセルされている、到着が遅いのでと言われました。事前に連絡したし、お金も払っていると伝えましたが、忙しいからみんなメッセージを見てなかったみたい。と言われました。 Then, He told me to find a hotel nearby and kicked me out. However, all the nearby hotels were full, so I went back to the hotel and told him I couldn't find one, and he called a nearby hotel and made a reservation for me. I wonder why he did not do this from the beginning. そして、近くのホテルを探してと言われホテルを追い出されましたがどこも満室だったのでクロムに戻り見つからないとフロントに伝えたところ別のホテルに電話して部屋を取ってくれました。なぜ最初からこうしてくれなかったのかは分かりません。 The next day, I asked Booking.com to contact Hotel Chrome, and another man at the front desk told me that there was a room available tonight, so I returned to Chrome. 翌日、Booking.comからホテルクロムに連絡してもらうと、フロントの別の男性より、部屋が空いているということだったのでクロムに戻りました。 Then I came back to the Chrome in the afternoon and I asked the woman at the font desk to check-in but she said I had already checked-in again. (actually, they said that in the morning) 午後にホテルクロムに戻り、フロントの女性にチェックインをお願いしたのですが、もうチェックインは済んでいると言われました。(実は朝も同じことを言われました） Then, I asked her that the receptionist said my reservation was canceled last night, why it was checked in? And she said "He was a new, so he didn't understand how to operate it. We didn't cancel it. Unfortunately, it was his fault.” She looked like it wasn't hotel's fault.

チェックインの時のスタッフの態度が悪すぎた。ベットのシーツが汚く、ベットで寝ることができなかった。

安く泊まることができた。
