Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We were so blessed to be in unit looking out at CN Tower/ Rogers Centre/ Roundhouse. So thankful to Plush staff who granted our request!

CanadaThe condo does not have any facilities for storing luggage so with a 4 pm check- in and with no possibility of an early check the day we arrived, and with our party arriving at the airport at different times we had to sit with our luggage for several hours until we could get in late in the afternoon losing much of the day.Surely it should be possible to have or rent a luggage room in the building near the security guards to accommodate travelers. One day we were renting the water was turned off all day 9am- 6pm for maintenance in the building ( I know these things can't be helped) but had to go elsewhere for toilets etc,.However we were warned about this in enough time to be prepared.
An exceptional location near all the major sport and theatre attractions. You can walk to the Hockey Hall of Fame, the Rogers centre etc and the many restaurants near by.Also very good grocery opposite the condo so easy to get breakfast items and snacks.Good text communication with the staff who answer questions promptly .Toronto hotels in area pricey so good value in the condo accomodating our group of three.Had we gone to hotel would have had to rent 2 rooms.

Great location, right next to all the major venues and very easy to get around. Condo had all the facilities that we needed and wanted, well stocked with the basics though we ate out most of the time.

Canada3 things: 1. Guests aren’t allowed to use building services and can’t talk to building staff - weird vibe almost like short-term stays aren’t allowed. 2. They owner must have more than 1 unit in the building so make sure if you are staying in the smaller unit that you understand the pictures that sell you are likely the larger unit. 3. The unit could use a deep clean. While it’s not dirty the air ducts has so much dust there were huge dust bunnies hanging out.

United StatesVery bad communication. I never received any instructions how to check-in or leave, but at least I got a text I could communicate with. The apartment is not up to the description provided (cheap IKEA stuff), and it is far smaller than what transpires in the advertisement. The building seems an old construction with wear and tear, but at least the apartment was very clean. Overall, a modest and fair stay.

CanadaWe were clear that there were 4 of us. It was difficult to make the 4th bed work as the trundle, when pulled out, cut off access to the bathroom. Moving the mattress to the floor was difficult. There was no hairdryer. There was no counter space in the bathroom for toothbrushes or anything. There was no coffee pot with the coffee maker ( host fixed that).
The location was fantastic. Great view and easy to walk to the baseball and aquarium. For the most part, the kitchen was fine.

United KingdomThe central ventilation and heating system in the bedroom was a bit noisy. Unfortunately we could not turn it off in the bedroom area. Sleeping with earplugs was no problem.
Well equipped kitchen, minced coffee, tea , cream powder for coffee, spices were also available. We didn't cook but used the microwave a few times. The mattress in the bedroom was comfortable , we slept well. The single bed in the living room was fine , our son slept well on it . The view was phenomenal 😍 Absolutely comfortable apartment for three adults .

NetherlandsAs we checked the appartment for the sheets, we noticed a dryer and washing machine. The dryer was still one and damp sheets were in it. Martin then told me that I could use the sheets. I told him that no way I was going to use damp sheets. He said he would come back with fresh sheets. after I while there was a knock on the door and a lady showed up and said that Martin said I said that i was feeling oncomfortabele so she came. I explained and then to my surprise she pulled out sheets still new in packed. I said to her that it is not washed and will not use it. also she said as I was uncomfortable I could decline the apartment and would get my money back. When she went away again to get fresh washed sheets and returned back with what seems to be also picked from a dryer, I said that we were not going to stay. The whole experence was awfull. When I checked my mail afterwords I saw that they have mailed me that I must not engage or go to the security when I arrived. These people do not regsiter the guests and taking early check in even when the apartment is not ready.They told me I would get my money back so we moved out. As this was a non refundable booking , Booking.com needs to check with them first if we want to get refundede. The bastards said they would agree and took a CAD 100 fine. PEOPLE NEVER BOOK THIS APPARTMENT IF IT STATES NON REFUNDABLE. ALWAYS CHECK IN WITH THE SECURITY AND NEVER PRE CHECK IN WITH THE LINK THEY PROVIDE. @BOOKING.COM, please check this apartment and the way of them working again!!!!
The view! Furthermore nothing else! First of all the pictures on the site are old, they do not reflect current setting. We were assigned the appartment with the orange "bedbank"(it was worn out and had a filty look). The carpet in the Masterbedroom was worn out and looked dirty. However the worst thing was, the way of checking in. Once you check in you receive several emails to check in online and with the pre- check in you need to upload a copy of your driver's licence(back and front) and a copy of your creditcard (front , covering a few of the numbers of your card. As I did not feel comfortable doing that, I asked to pay the deposit and fee for early check in once I arrived. First the deposit was fine. But I received a separate email with a link for the early check in fee. As i did want to pay with the provided link, they said it was fine to pay when I arrived. I was asked when I expected to arrive and that someone would be waiting for me to check in. Once arrived, we went to security of the building and he had no information of my name as a visitor, he asked me if I had a number, so he would callmy contact for me. So he called the contact and he told them that every guest should be signed in. They told him that they would come with 10 minutes. While we were waiting, the security officer told us that no matter what happens, we should register at the security so they know who is in the building. After a while a seems to me nervous man came and said that we could go up upstairs to check in. I said to him that we must register first, a bit hesitant he walked to the securiy and said we wil do it later and I said no let.s do it now. The securiry than asked the man (Martin) a lot of questions witch he could not answer. I felt hestitant but after checking in we went to the 11 th floor. He opened the appartment with his key and showed us our two keys on the table. As we checked the appartent.

IsraelI regret to inform you that my experience was bad. Upon arrival, I was provided with a different apartment located at 101 Peter Street, which did not match the listed property. Additionally, the amenities were not as advertised. Initially, I was informed of a check-out time of 10:00 am, contrary to the agreed-upon 11:00 am check-out time. This situation feels deceptive and is certainly not the experience I anticipated. It has left me feeling disappointed

AustraliaThe cleanliness was poor and it's feeling very tired, carpets worn and bathroom is ageing! There were still sheets, towels etc in the dryer when we arrived.
The view from this apartment was amazing looking towards the lake. It's location was good for walking to city and surrounds. Being so elevated means it's quiet from city noises. Staff were helpful especially as we had flight delays and arrived at 3am!

Very neat and well maintained apartment located on highest floor with great view of CN tower, Roger center etc. very close to all attractions in Toronto downtown. Easy to do sefl check-in. Property have all necessary items including personal laundry and dryer in unit. Rare to find this type of property in downtown area with great view from room.
