We arrived by motorcycle. The staff at the front desk were friendly, informative and helpful in directing us to our room. The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary brkfst exceeded our expectations and was delicious. The Pub staff were friendly and took time to engage in conversation, which added to the enjoyment of the evening. We'll go back for another stay! We parked our Honda Goldwing in front of the hotel so staff at the desk could keep an eye on it overnight.

Ground room floor was quite cold. Mats in the bathroom would be great because it felt you were walking on ice with bare feet.

The breakfast was amazing And the evening meal at the restaurant was great. The staff is friendly , courteous and able to help when asked for assistance.

When I asked for my room to be cleaned in the morning I came back to the same room that had not been touched.

The breakfast buffet is one of the better ones I have been to in any hotels. As well as the gym pass to the rec center was nice.

There was shampoo and conditioner in the shower but no body soap. The main waitress who worked the breakfasts and lunch was cold and unfriendly and stood in the kitchen doorway and watched the patrons eating, I know finding enough people to work is a challenge so maybe a little training would help.

The breakfast was good but plain. The room was excellent. High end bathroom fixtures and the bed was comfortable. I loved the extras like a guest laundry room, the pieces of furniture scattered around so you can sit and have a visit with friends and the maps of the town were very helpful. This is a very nice hotel, our experience was great and we will stay here again, especially for the price and free breakfast.

The shower tile that you stand on was quite grimy and we actually went out and bought our own bath matt as we weren't comfortable standing in the shower bare feet

We had tons of fun at the bar that is attached to the hotel & everyone was very friendly. Bar staff is great! We also enjoyed the Brunch which was included in our stay. REAL food. Delicious. Our king room with kitchenette was great as well!

had to walk out around the building to get to a conference room as I had a 4yo with me and they could “lose their liquor license” for walking 10 steps through the bar to the conference rooms 🤪. No bathtubs. strange shower setup with a glass half-wall instead of a door or curtain - so ended up with wet bathroom floors each day.

Shower has half glass and no door, so it made the floor wet. Closest thing to a negative.

Fantastic big comfy bed and the fluffiest pillows! The staff were very nice, and the hotel bar was great! Rainfall shower is great for tall people. Good breakfast in the morning, and a good price for the night. Definitely would stay again.

worth the money, definitely would come back here again. I have stayed up the road at another hotel in Bonnyville last year and this one blew it out of the water and it was newer. The buffet breakfast was the cherry on top for this hotel.

Tea choices in the room were limited...

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the free breakfast was a full breakfast and was very good. Dinner was excellent! It was quiet.
