Breakfast could've had a larger variety.

Breakfast were not that good but it had the essentials. The staff were very helpfull and helped find good places to eat and see during our stay. The room was nice and the location, were in the heart of Foz and near to the Bus 120, that will take you to the waterfalls.

The room had a problem with hot water, and the staff helped to fix and then change us to another room. Nice and timely service!

Newish hotel with a compact single room, good for a short stay. Location good: close to restaurants, a supermarket and easy walk to Centro bus terminal. Breakfast was a buffet with nice and varird choices. Enjoyable 2 night stay.

The bed was extremely hard, not much softer than sleeping on the tile. On my second night, there were loud drill and hammer noises in the evening at the hotel for two hours, but the staff finally resolved the matter and made the workers stop the evening work.

The staff were nice. Breakfast was excellent, best breakfast I had since staring my trip up until this point. The location is great, close to bus stops, cafes and restaurants. The room was good.

Nothing to sit on in rooms only beds. Our room was no. 48 and there was something quite noisy coming on and off during the night. There is a cupboard next to that room in the hallway, maybe the noise was coming from a main aircon unit in there. For the first two of our four nights it was hard to sleep.

Helpful friendly staff, central location, clean rooms, good breakfast : Eggs, fruit, breads, juice, tea and coffee and cakes. given the price and what you get it was a good stay.

The room had an odd smell and was a little cramped.

The breakfast was great. The staff were friendly. The location was easy to walk to from the bus station, and close to lots of restaurants.

The toilet wouldn’t flush well and bathroom was stinky always.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. They arranged airport taxis for us and also early checking:)

It is pretty well located, on a comercial street, with restaurants around. The room was with pretty old furniture, buy minimum was clean and the shower and internet was working well. :) We didn't stay too much in the room so, a few hors sleep / night was Ok for us. The price was good and they was flexible with the check in, cos we arrived acter midnight.

We were not expecting anything luxurious for this price, but even though our expectations were not high, this was far away from what we hoped for, which was a clean place to stay. The furnishing of the room is old and very simple, but that was fine for us since we only stayed for two nights. AC was very noisy but working well. The noise coming from outside the room was also bearable, although you can hear absolutely everything going on in the street and also in the corridor (we wore earplugs so it did not bother us as much). The breakfast was ok for the price, but far away from being great. All these wouldn't have bothered us as much, since the price was very cheap. Our biggest disappointment, however, was that the room was not well cleaned upon our arrival, there was hair from previous guests on the floor and in the shower, the bed sheets had obvious stains from dirty hands on it, see pics (which looked like someone ate chips and just wiped their hands on the sheets, also smelled like Doritos), the floor was dirty so we could not walk barefoot in our own room. The sink was twisted and leaking, making it impossible to use it without holding it in place with one hand. There were bug eggs on the curtain, see pics. Since our stay was so short, we did not bother asking to exchange rooms. However, this kind of ruined the experience of being in Foz do Iguaçú for us a bit, we could not feel relaxed in our room and were looking forward to leaving asap. I would not come back here.

Old and noisy air conditioning, very hot in the bathroom (you could not ventilate), you could smell the stench from the sewage system. Beds short and unstable (slid easily on slippery floor).

Location near the bus station, good breakfast, friendly staff. Early check-in was not the problem. Right next to a great dining room.

Very good Hotel. Staff has been friendly, try to help with everything ( find Taxi drivers, tours, restaurants, etc), mostly speak English, too. Breakfast was really nice ( scrambled eggs, sausages, variety of breads, cakes, coffee, milk, tea, yogurt, cereals, fruits). Room has been big, clean. This same for bathroom. I would easily stay over there much more time.

The facilities are very basic and could do with a refurbishment. Our room wasn’t the most comfortable, and had no window for natural light. The air conditioning unit made a horrible noise when turned on so we had to accept turning it off when sleeping despite it being very hot.

The location was good and not too far from the bus terminals for the falls. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good with many options and substantial.
