The cleaning was OK. The bathroom requires a deep cleaning, and new sheets would be nicer The breakfast was basic, it would be a plus if they had better pão de queijo and fresh juices.

The distributions in the hotel are a bit confusing. There are few lifts that go in different directions. The room has space for kitchen stuff, though it's not very needed, the room itself+bathroom could be expanded instead of that mini kitchen.

The breakfast is exceptional: great variety of food and drinks. The hotel is close to the shopping street and city center. The room is very clean, and the shampoos and soap are of great quality.

I Missed a self-service option for hot water (chimarrão), which is expected on every hotel in the south of Brazil. Guests have to wait for an employee to warm water and pay for it. For breakfast they could have at least two thermic bottles for coffee and milk..as they keep only one for each, guests have to wait 10-15 minutes for more coffee or milk during the replacement... Parking is charged separately, we paid additional around 20% of the hosting fee as parking fees.

Hotel was full and not many receptionists to deal with customers. Also not many housekeepers as we had to wait the full day till our room was cleaned. Hotel requested to book an appointment to use the gym to avoid gatherings however breakfast was completely full, tables were not cleaned between customers, itens were not replenished on time

The reception staff was rude at times. They made far too many personal comments. The air conditioning went out a couple of times. The bed was not a queen as advertised, just two single beds together.

The kitchen staff and cleaning staff were awesome. Great food and great location. Perfect location for visiting the city

- The staff are polite but extremely slow and confused/untrained - The room isn't much worse than a hostel's room. It's dirty (sheets/towels), the bed is rock solid, the safe has no batteries (so it doesn't work), the main power socket (next to the bed) is broken and doesn't hold a charger unless you keep holding it, the view is horrendous, the walls are cracked and you can hear *everything* that is said and done next door, don't get me started with the noise that comes from the street (very noisy street, by the way), no iron/ironing board, my brother's room had no headboard, cupboards with no doors, telephone doesn't work (I kid you not) - The restaurant downstairs looks like a hospital canteen and is too expensive for the standards of the hotel - Staff left our car parked outside with the lights on and wasting battery - The external pools were under refurbishment - The lift belongs in the 80s. Once we dropped our luggage in the room, we only used the stairs - Minibar has a sign implying that it's full but it's empty

Really old Hotel. Rooms are very expensive for the quality. Are very old as well and dirty as well. Polls zone is unkempt. Breakfast is to forget. This hotel is remaining at 1990. Please owner spend your money and modernize your hotel
