We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

One of the standout aspects of my experience was the impeccable cleanliness of the hostel. Every corner was spotless, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment for all guests. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the sense of community and homely atmosphere that permeated every moment. It felt like being part of a big, welcoming family, where everyone was genuinely interested in each other's well-being and experiences. The staff were not just there to assist with practical matters; they were also passionate about ensuring that guests had the best possible time during their stay. They provided invaluable advice on local attractions and activities, ensuring that I got the most out of my time in the area. One of the highlights of my stay was sharing meals and participating in activities with fellow guests. It fostered a sense of camaraderie and connection that truly enhanced my travel experience. Moreover, the location couldn't have been more perfect. Situated in an awesome location, it provided easy access to all the amenities and attractions the area had to offer, allowing me to explore and discover with ease. In conclusion, my time at the hostel was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the enriching community atmosphere, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Good price with a free breakfast (fruits bread butter coffee) and Ale is always helpful and up for a little chat, the newest Fofoca and she can give a lot of tips what to do around Lençóis. Extra plus: The best pans I’ve seen so far in a hostel, not scratched at all <3

United KingdomI wish there was more than one toilet/bathroom in the hostel and that it was slightly cleaner. Nothing bad however and I can see they are making the effort.
location is good and the hostel and its facilities are exactly what you need if you're doing hikes all day. Its great place to sleep, I also worked remotely and the wifi was fantastic and there is a table downstairs to be able to do so. Breakfast is basic but very much sufficient. The staff were lovely and were very helpful.

Loved staying at Multiverso. Its fairly basic as its a small hostel but absolutely homey. Everyone there were extremely friendly. Alessandra is so welcoming, full of life & very knowledgeable about the area & town. Met some great people at this hostel and loved being in Chapada Diamantina
