Couldn't experience the entire property as rain dominated our stay!

Very good, but sometimes too busy for the team to handle. Many options available and food was great and taste. But for two days they've done omelet on a certain way, and two days they said... we can't.

The island is famous for having mosquitos (borrachudo) , there are less in hotel, but they still bother, so you need a lot of repel. They charge for parking, I wasn't expecting that because the base price was already too high. They have some weird rules, you can't bring food from outside to your room, that I'm pretty sure they can't enforce since I never saw it anywhere else. I had some expensive chocolate in my room and someone stole a good part of them.

The infrastructure is really good, and the staff is great, helpful and very friendly. The food is great, and the sauna is very relaxing.

Great hotel with three amazing restaurants, a great pool and a fantastic beach. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food was great. In summary, this hotel definitely is at par with some of the resorts we stayed at in Asia. Highly recommended.

Nobody asked me if I was there for any specific special celebration. Room was sometimes infested by the catalyst smell from the street because it was in the same level of the street and close of the side walk were the guest's vehicles are parked. Shower box was not completely sealed letting the water run out to the bathroom floor. Nobody asked me how was my stay when I checked out.

Delicious breakfast with a great selection of items, respectful and helpful staff, beautiful and pleasant outdoor poor, delightful outdoor patio and beach resort structure with amazing landscape. Well-prepared drinks from the beach club.

The hotel service is great! Everyone is so polity, and gentle. The hotel is based almost inside a beach, and the structure is so well too.

only a few suites are facing the sea. i had assusmed that our Suite was looking at the sea, based on the reviews. that was a major dissatisfaction. the first night we slept in a room near the road, we could hear every single car. the first night wasn’t good. we arrived after a ling trip, and we found our room was very poorly isolated we could hear the neighbors, and the flashing of the smoke detector. the second night we were relocated to a much quieter room, kudos to the staff!

The hotel location is fantastic, we can have breakfast next to the sea. The Spa is awesome, their staff is great. i had the best back massage in a long time. The breakfast is awesome, although they do not offer any sea food, I would hope they offer some smoked fish.
