Location is good close to shops etc. Pin Keypad on front door and room door is great(no worry about losing key) Filtered water provided in room along with towel and soap and earbuds in bathroom. Lovely bathroom btw. Good size room too. Double Bed was comfortable, but a mattress topper for extra softness would make it perfect. Lovely warm bed cover was awesome and very comfy at this time of year.

The home and our room were exceptionally tidy, and, furthermore, the host family was delightful. They treated us as part of their family, and the neighborhood had a serene and pleasant atmosphere. There are two bus stops, incredible parks, green areas, a petrol station, and a small shopping center in close proximity.

A homestay with a room in a home. Very homely and cozy. AMAZING location, close to Robina and cafes and meals etc. Maximum 30 mins from movie world etc. The homeowner is very lovely and helpful, and she has decked the house out to make check in easy (digital code to enter front door, no key needed).

The place is lovely and very quiet, but because it's a house rather than a dedicated hotel or isolated villas, the sound insulation of the rooms is not the best. So, if you are lucky (as we were) with the other guests being as respectful of everyone's time there and being relatively quiet - you will have no problems. If however the other guests are loud through the night, etc, you will hear them and it probably won't be pleasant.

Tiffany is an amazing host and the place is very well set up for guests, with individual access pin-codes, lovely kitchen and dining area, and a very comfortable room with a private bathroom (if you book that one). We felt really welcome, and appreciated the high standards of the hosts to maintain peaceful and quiet atmosphere for all the guests. If you are after a lovely and restful homestay while on holidays in Gold Coast, I can wholeheartedly recommend TL Warmest Homestay. IF HOWEVER you don't like respectful house rules, and perhaps you want late night parties, playing loud music and watching TV at night - this is not the place for you.

During my stay, I cannot find anything that I didn't appreciate. Everything was good for me.

Tiffany was great and very nice! If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask to Tiffany. She will be pleased to answer your questions. The accomodation is very clean and is located in a quiet street. You can see stars in the sky at the evening. There is a bus station close to the accomodation. There is a shopping mall that can be reached by foot in 30-45 minutes. There is a convenience store in 10 minutes by foot.

Just when you have a shower it could be a little hotter.

Door locks were a great touch for your belongings and home was a great layout. She picked me up at the station and dropped me off as well,a very lovely lady.
