A good pace to stay for a brief visit to Uluru and surroundings.

I had hoped the pool would be warmer, as it had had all summer to heat up. There was no restaurant in the hotel, but adjacent was the Sails in the Desert hotel, which had an excellent restaurant, and not silly prices.

A good sized room and comfortable, firm bed. The pool was good, if a little chilly (for me, although others may have preferred that in the very hot weather). It was close to the shopping and restaurant area.

Our Air cond. didn't work, but staff were on to it and shifted our rooms.

As thus was a new experience for us, it was a wonderful little community and people so friendly.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to the “Town Centre” where IGA, souvenir shops, restaurant, cafe and takeaway are located. I attended the free interesting an informative Cultural talks at the Town Centre and the open Amphitheatre. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a pool there, but we didn’t have enough time to use it. Staff were friendly and helpful. We found the daily activity schedule and information provided helpful. Would have been good to have stayed there an extra night.

The room was great. Not huge, but big enough to be comfortable. It was clean and quiet and very convenient in terms of location. The pool looked fantastic, but wrong time of year...and I forgot my boardies.

Big gap under the door so I put pillows Therese so no snakes would enter the room there.

Good sized bed, free laundry, close to Uluru

The price of the room and all food and drink at the resort was double anywhere else for similar because if you want to see Uluru there is no alternative place you can use as base.

The room had everything we needed and was clean with helpful staff.

There was a small ant infestation in our first room - we called the reception and they immediately switched rooms for us, which was much appreciated - be careful when storing food!

Great location in Ayers Rock Resort, right next to the supermarket and a few restaurants/shops there. The pool is great for relaxing. The headboard for the bed was fantastic, with a little shelf right above your heads with chargers where you can rest your phone/ other electronics - a really convenient little detail that I really enjoyed

The flies, but there is nothing the resort can do about that. You must buy a net when you arrive.

Our bedroom was next to the laundry room which was a little noisy during the day (particularly because the door was left open) and on the night we went to bed early in preparation for an early start for the sunrise; but it didn't really disturb our sleep. Maybe the hotel could put a sign encouraging people to shut the door?

We'll thought out and spacious room with a massive bed. Great wifi and nice toiletries. Location of the hotel is perfect (not that any other places wouldn't be close to the town square). Big and pretty pool area with towels provided and lots of information about the resort at reception. We were lucky enough to get an early check in before 12pm as our room was ready.

Always had to use a back entrance as reception closed at 16.30. Very limited open hours. Nice pool but no shade from sun.

Reception unlocked door to check us in at just gone 16.30. Reception closes at 16.30. Easy distance for Uluru

These are minor negatives, but worth mentioning. The floor wasn´t cleaned very well, it was sticky, but the rest of the room and the sheets were very clean. We also had quite a lot of ants passing by. There wasn´t an elevator, so you had to cary your luggage upstairs. It wasn´t a problem for us but I can imagine it´s hard for some people. Maybe if you mention it in the booking proces, they give you a room on a lower level, which you can also access through a ramp. Only 4 umbrellas at the pool. You don´t need an alarm to wake up in the morning, a lot of light comes in through the windows and you here a lot of noise from the hallway.

Nice room that´s actually bigger than it looks like on photo. Nice a/c. Very close to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. It´s not a perfect hotel but it sure is reasonable for the price you pay, comparing to its neighbours.

Beds (a king converted to two singles) were pretty small and very close together Not much storage space (no drawers to unpack anything into)

Location was fantastic - very close to the Town Square and the other resort facilities. Also close to the pick up point for coach trips and plenty of car parking Staff were super friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble Pool was lovely and there were always plenty of fresh beach towels and sun loungers Good value for money
