You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe only negatives were the pool bathroom as it was not clean and the stairs to the pool as there was wallaby poo there for days.
The views were exceptional! The house was a perfect size for two couples and the balcony was also nice and spacious with views across the Whitsunday passage. The kitchen was well stocked for self catering. We had a swim every day in the shared infinity pool which also had spectacular views. The buggy was essential and allowed us to explore the island.

AustraliaThe Check in process was poor. We were not told where any of the facilities were including the pools, the driver also didn't seem to know much about the island itself and where we could get more information on activities, when we asked about anything he said he didn't know. The provided port a cot and high chair were both old and broken, we could not use them. The bed sheets were dirty as well. It would have been great if there was a reception desk that we could have gone too.
The location, the view, apartment itself was a great layout with the bedrooms downstairs and living upstairs, the deck with our own BBQ. Multiple bathrooms and the apartment was very well air conditioned plus included fans in each room. Could not fault it. Also access to the edge pool was fantastic.

United KingdomThe internet was so poor we couldn't work or stream anything when it was raining non-stop. Two thin bath towels were left for the entire week which we felt was poor given we were paying over $800 per night. The mattress was hard. Also I have never stayed in a self-contained apartment that had absolutely no cooking supplies, apart from salt, so we had to buy oil and other things that were incredibly expensive on hamilton island. Overall for what we were paying I think it was not great value at all.
The view from this apartment is amazing which is the best part of the stay.
